Really nice apartments. Small complex that is well maintained. On arrival we were met by a very friendly lady who cheked us in and showed us to our apartment(nice touch). The apartment was very clean,spacious, bed was comfy, air-conditioning in the bedroom was very welcome and there is lots of wardrobe space. Living/dining room was spacious, sofa, dining table and a TV. Can't comment on TV as we never tuned it on. We didn't need to eat at the dining table because there's a big balcony with a table and chairs and this was a lovely place to eat breakfast. Our balcony overlooked the pool and gardens and had sun until around 1-2 pm. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our basic meals and make snacks. Large supermarket a short walk from the apartment has everything you need to stock you fridge and cupboards. The walk to the old town is 45 minutes if you take the most direct route. The hotel offers a shuttle 3 times a day for 2€ that will take you to the old town, we didn't use it but we saw others using it. We always walked to the old town so can't comment on taxis, the walk was a good way to walk off all the food and drink. The pool area is lovely, very clean, it has a bar and cafe and plenty of loungers, the pool was very welcom in the heat. We thought we has an issue with our hot water on the first day, I reported it to reception and the lady on reception came to our apartment within 10 minutes with the maintenance man. Fantastic response, there wasn't a problem it was me not waiting long enough for the hot water to come through, depending on the time of day it can take a while for hot water to pull through. I was more patient in future and the water was always hot. The apartments also try to make sure all guests respect other guests and that guests don't disturb others. We witness's this, the apartments have a security guard who attends the apartments in a van at night, there was one apartment making noise in the early hours, music, talking shouting. It woke us and we saw security go to the apartment.. problem solved, no more noise. There are a few local cafes,bars and a couple of restraunts near the apartments much cheaper than in the old town. Definitely recommend O'poente restraunt, but it gets very busy with locals so get there when it opens or book. Would definitely stay here again.

Where to start with these apartments? On arrival it is evident that they were well looked after and very clean. We were shown to our room by a very helpful Maria. The room or should I say flat, was well proportioned. We had a one bedroom flat with large rooms. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hall. The accommodation itself may be a bit dated but well looked after. The kitchen had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Air condition is provided should you need it. Our balcony stretched the length of the flat and could be accessed from either living area or bedroom. It also has a table and four chairs. I would turn the TV on while waiting for my beloved to finish getting ready ate night, and was surprised at the amount of English speaking channels available. The living room had a fold down bed and a large table and four chairs. The only downside was no hair dryer, but if you do your research beforehand will let you know this, and you need to take one with you. We had a flat with a pool view, which was south facing and well served with sun all day. The pool whilst small is still very good and has plenty of loungers for the amount of guests. The first morning we bought a breakfast that was really good. The reception also houses the bar, and cafe with soft seats to relax in. There is onsite parking if you should hire a car, and the staff will phone round to get you the best deal. For supplies there is a large supermarket within ten minutes’ walk (I can recommend the sausages) The complex itself is kept absolutely immaculate, and the maids work hard to keep it that way. The apartments are a good 40 minutes’ walk from the old town, but taxis are only 6euros and if you use Uber only 4euros. Would I recommend it, yes wholeheartedly, and should we return to Albufeira, we would consider coming back.

Had a great holiday here (beginning of September 23). Apartments are very spacious and spotless. Quite well equipped for a holiday apartment (only thing missing was an oven but you don’t go on holiday to cook all week!!). Huge balcony with access from bedroom and living room. Had a great holiday here (beginning of September 23). Apartments are very spacious and spotless. Quite well equipped for a holiday apartment (only thing missing was an oven but you don’t go on holiday to cook all week!!). Huge balcony with access from bedroom and living room. Kitchen is separate. Very nice pool area which is very relaxed and again, very clean. Cafe does nice breakfasts and decent lunches. 5 minute walk from a brand new supermarket and about 15-20 minute walk from very top of the strip. Old town is a taxi ride away, Uber is around 3-5€ depending and can be ordered quite quickly (average wait was about 3/4 minutes). Staff are very pleasant and helpful and housekeeping staff are great too. They do run a minibus to the old town a few times a day for around 2€ per person. Peaceful location ideal for a relaxing holiday. There was a few hen/stag groups there when we were there but the staff made sure they didn’t disturb the rest of the guests. Rest of the gen pop was made up of families and some older couples. Pool area is quite chilled and relaxed.

“Brilliant receptionists, rudest bartender/chef”

Generally, we had a pleasant stay here. The pool was nice and the room was very spacious although lacking some essentials like soap and washing up liquid. The rooms could have been cleaner but there was no major issues. The main issues we had were with a certain member stuff and the catering facilities. Maria and the other receptionists were lovely, often going above and beyond for us and helping us organise trips that had previously been cancelled. However, the older woman behind the bar was continuously rude with every interaction. She would be sat on her phone, ignoring customers who were waiting to be served at the bar and would sigh when having to serve us. We never asked her for anything outrageous or beyond her capabilities, simply the services they were supposed to be providing. Being sighed at when spending at least €10 on two cans of cider is not the sort of treatment you’d expect. I was again sighed at when I went to order two pizzas for lunch, to which this woman simply responded ‘no’ and when I asked her what she meant, she pulled out two frozen pizzas which the hotel was selling for €13 each. The prices for what they are providing is shocking as we had cheaper meals on the Albufeira strip. Considering we are a family of 7 as well, lunches here and even just the odd drink soon added up. The location of the hotel meant that the we often had to rely on the kitchen facilities there as we weren’t near many bars or restaurants and the supermarket was at least a 15 minute walk away. We didn’t originally book with this hotel but got moved two weeks before our holiday due to a health and safety risk at our previous one. Overall, the rudeness of this employee affected our view of the hotel as we felt that Maria had to over compensate for her behaviour. Despite how amazing Maria and the other receptionists were, we are not in a hurry to stay here again.
