“Our Sanctuary”
your staff were amazing and welcoming to me & my husband due to our unfortunate circumstances of our BA flight being Cancelled from Faro to London Gatwick and for hours we were left stranded at Faro Airport with no assistance from BA whatsoever! “Great price for what you get”
Very nice place,friendly staff. Cleaning is good. Location,good you have few buses who go directly in the city . You are for 20 minutes. it's quiet place. surrounded by greenery,a large park nearby. Shopping center is nearby, store like Aldi is next to hotel

“Basic hotel”
This hotel is ok but not worth the four stars at all. The rooms are basic, with no tea/coffee and a fridge that doesn't seem to work. The major downside is that the bar only opens from 3.30pm, so if you're swimming in the pool in the morning there is nowhere to get refreshments from. The gym is not… more
