After first going to Herdade in the early 2000's and vsiting regularly ever since it is very sad to see that this no longer operating! “Felt lucky to have found this little gem.”
The breakfast is amazing! The location is calm and quiet. The staff are fantastic and the building itself is so tasteful, clean and beautifully decorated. “A hidden gem”
What A lovely surprise, this is a real gem, this quiet hotel is tucked away in the hills. The Rooms are lovely and clean. I had a standard room and my son had a superior room. Both were great. Breakfast was lovely . A car is essential. I would definitely return

I can't recommend herdade da corte higher than the stars I can give. Fabulous. We stayed, lounging around the pool - except for 1 afternoon. We took a taxi into town - €20 each way.
