I arrived around 10pm at night. I went to reception at vau hotel only to be told that my accommodation was in the building next door. Just had a week here with my husband. There is NO reception. 14 euro in a taxi to go to another hotel to get your key!!! Imagine this is a nightmare if you're travelling alone or at night.
