We had a wonderful weeks stay at Domes algarve. We have previously been to Domes Elounda, Crete and we were happy to find similar amenities here. The family suite was so spacious with the kids having a separate room and bathroom and a lovely view to the lake and pool. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is in a great location near the marina and beach. The breakfasts were delicious and Haute living room was great for snacks and drinks throughout the day. Evening meals were great standard and everything fresh and appealing. A special mention to Nadia who is amazing and great customer service. She helped us with a small allergy issue that arose and she kindly helped with this, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very happy and listened to.

My husband and I were celebrating a very special anniversary (50th) and chose to visit Portugal, more specifically the Algarve region, for the first time. It was a wonderful experience! The Domes hotel is simply beautiful with all the amenities one could possibly want: excellent restaurants, lovely pools and gardens, an amazing spa, and daily events and programs to suit every taste. But the Domes' most important asset is its incredible staff! From the warm welcome given by the guest services and concierge staff members to the restaurant, spa, housekeeping, and amenities personnel, guests are treated to efficient and professional service delivered in a warmly welcoming manner. They truly strive to make every guest experience a memorable one. We look forward to returning again.

This place is fabulous. From stepping into the fabulous entrance right through to the pool area and gardens you are trasported to a special place. And it is the staff who make it special. ALL staff are professional and helpful and clearly happy in their work. This all transfers into a very pleasant,calm environment. We just loved the place,my second visit. The rooms are very cool and beds are huge and the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Pools(4) are all lovely,1 heated. Breakfast is a treat, and the pool bar is also lovely. We will return,I can't wait. We have stayed in Tivoli and Crowne Plaza before but this place ticks all the boxes. The staff are the key to their success.

We had the privilege to stay in a one bedroom sapphire residence for 1 week at the beginning of April 2024. We celebrated both of my children's birthdays while we were there and the Guest Relations Team went above and beyond to make their birthdays extra special with balloons, banners and cakes at every meal. Rita in the team was very quick to come back to my emails before the trip and organised everything. All of the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel and grounds were impressive, the rooms were beautifully furnished with plenty of space. The 4 balconies and the views over the lake and the sunset were perfect! The kids club was great, and we were so happy there was a heated out door pool as even though it was warm in April it was still a bit windy. The week we stayed there were plenty of sunbeds and towels but the day we left was very busy. We booked half board as all inclusive was not an option which is a shame. Unfortunately only the buffet restaurant was open for dinner as April is still classed as off peak. But the food was excellent even for me as a ceoliac with a restricted diet. The beach bar and restaurant is the only place on site for lunch and the menu choice for kids could be extended as no toasties or club sandwiches etc on the menu, but we ordered pizzas off menu towards the end of the week as was getting a bit repetitive. It would have also been nice to have smoothies in the beach bar and in the restaurants. We also could have benefitted from some evening entertainment for the children but that is the only thing that was missing. My children loved the maze and it was great that we could book a 1 hour slot in the morning for the whole family to use the spa with their indoor pool and jacuzzis. The beach is 10 minute walk away and is stunning, the man made beach on site is also very impressive as is the lake which was really nice to walk around the grounds. The Marina was not so great but handy to have shops and restaurants close by for groceries. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend this resort for couples and families alike. Amazing holiday from start to finish.
