“Consistently good”
This is my second visit to Hotel As Americas. The rooms are clean and reasonably sized. The shower is a bit poor with a rubbish shower head and mediocre water pressure. Breakfast is a straight forward buffet.

“Average at best”
The hotel is 15 min walk from the main attraction of the city (boat rides) It has no bellman and no cart to carry your luggage No pool no gym Aged place with some smell Would i retuen there? Probably not. I'd look for a place closer to the bridges. The staff however waa helpful and nice.

“Not a 4 star Hotel”
We had just arrived from Hotel Villa Batalha, an excellent 4 star, expecting something similar. However, this is your typical 3-2 star hotel that should cater to tour buses.
