“Perfect hotel in Cascais”

“5-star hotel in every respect.”
Outstanding hotel. I had a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. I think it’s call sea view. Excellent room. Service and location are great.

“A birthday celebration”
Excellent stay for a birthday celebration. What we enjoyed most was the service. They went above and beyond to make us feel happy during our stay. I enjoyed this stay very much and commend them for the excellent service. My only complaint is that the pool was not as warm as I would have hoped… more

“Perfectly positioned.”
Arrived very late. 2 rooms 1 adult 1 child in each room. Woke up to motor vehicle traffic , then realised our room was above the exit to the underground car park. Made it clear not acceptable and management happy to move us. My wife’s suite huge and well equipped . Slightly different aspect so work… more

“A bit tired and old”
Friendly staff but the hotel room was very old and run down. The room smelled "old" and the facilities were worn. The towels were very used (stained) but clean. The general feel was so so as the room and facilities were old and need some attention.
