“Great view and overall experience ”
Cozy room with a great view. The indoor pool is large and pleasant, while the staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a great experience, finishing with a complete breakfast buffet looking at the sea! Highly recommend it for those who are looking to stay near Santa Cruz

View is great. Room is outdated but overall ok. Problem is the poor management. Where was an event this hotel hosted simultaneously with our stay. Staff where overwhelmed and insufficient.
