“Beautiful hotel.”
Very nice hotel with a great view, within walking distance of Funchal. Breakfast and buffet were amazing. It has a nice spa and beautiful pool area. Lunch dishes can be better. Overall a lovely stay.

“Do not recommend”
I contacted the hotel asking for an early check-in and did not receive a response. When I arrived the room was not ready which was fine, I asked them to contact me when ready which never happened.
