I have recently moved to matisihous and booked this hotel as live on same street. The hotel was busy when booked but offered a cheaper non refurb room in little courtyard behind reception. I expected this hotel to be a little down at heel. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and very quiet and comfortable.
