This is a great hotel! It has individual style, is clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were wonderful, particularly the restaurant team who served us well towards closing time, due to a flight delay. I make a special mention of Gabriele S and Milton A who were very welcoming and helpful; and a big "Thank You" to the hotel team for the gift of bubbly and cake for my Wife's milestone birthday.

The hotel is Central and very close to the supermarket the shops and the coffee shops. I stayed on the second floor with the balcony facing the trees There were flies in my room, and the hotel came and sprayed the flies. They were all over the sheets and the floor, and when I asked to speak to the manager, showing them a picture or get a discount not even speak to me he just asked me to go to the site that I used for booking. It was very rude on their end ! Nothing has been done and nobody cared at all for my discomfort. The gym has broken equipment, three pair of weights, no air conditioning. It’s on the roof but when you’re about to book the trip it’s actually mentioning that they have a gym so if you were in gym fanatic don’t stay here. The breakfast was great. The stuff at the front desk is very knowledgable and speaking great English. Wifi working good

Stayed for 7 nights a lovely clean hotel in the centre of Ponta Del Garda. Friendly staff and a very comfy bed with plenty of hot water in our bathroom. On arriving to our room we were a little disappointed that our view was a back of a building as we had expected a city or garden view. After been advised by reception we were reassured that our room would be quieter as the rooms with views can get alot of street noise. They were not wrong and in hindsight I am glad we stuck with our room as unfortunately even though the hotel looks over a pretty park its full of homeless people who are not the quietest. Our room was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread our belongings. The room came with some free teabags but if you wanted replacements it was a charge of 1 euro per bag. Breakfast was reasonable but if you wanted to take anything from the breakfast let's say a piece of fruit or bread roll it was a charge of 10 euros per person. I can see why the hotel would do this as a previous stay in Maderia guests were taking plates of food away with them. Ponta Del Garda city centre in parts was very pretty but as a visitor we were constantly harassed by beggers it wasn't that they were threatening in anyway but more they were persistent moving from person to person. From what we were told by the hotel they know its a problem but no one wants to deal with it. During our stay we explored lots of the island using the local bus when needed. The buses are very reasonable priced but very infrequent so you need to plan wisely as you do not want to miss your ride back. Overall a lovely stay but if we were going to come back we would choose to stay outside of the city as the begging really put us off.
