“cheap and clean hotel in touristy Adler Russia, 10 miles south of Sochi.”
This hotel is government owned. It is built for athletes for Olympic Winer 2016. So it is brand new and comfortable and located in the previous Olympic Village. I lived in Ekatirinsky Kvartal, Barkhatniye Sezony in period of World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 in Sochi. I liked very much the location of this this hotel, food and also service. I think the prices are very fine for the rooms the prefer. Have a nice time!

“First family vacation”
We travelled by car from central Russia, and it took as 10 hours to reach. The hotel is the economy class, costing about 30$ a family room with a queen bed and a single bed. “Good value for money”
We stayed at the hotel for one week in September 2018. The room was small, but very clean. The room was equipped with an air-conditioner, a small fridge for beverages and a tiny TV. “Training Camp”
We stayed at the Barkhatnye Sezony during the training camp of our kids. All is there what you need, breakfast is ok. Clean rooms and facilities. Beach is in walking distance. Sport facility and shops also in walking distance
