“Perfect”
One of the cleanest room I have ever seen in Russia, and the hotel was like opened only a day ago. Stuff working in the hotel were extremely nice and polite. Absolutely had no problems. “Good customer service”
Good location. Good rooms with a/c. Great service, help available anytime. Always polite. Restaurant is so so. Breakfast is kinda limited. Cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, deserts and tea/coffee. Price is good. 30 min away from airport. 5 min away from the mall.

“Just because of the price”
Location is not near the center, you have to take bus or taxis wherever you want to go. Even the shopping mall which is nearby in google maps terms, is far away because you have to walk on the roads, no pathway.
