“Awesome Stay”
Place clean and neatly. Location perfect in town. Breakfast very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Overnight stay”
Efficient check-in. Friendly manageress. Clean rooms and bedding. Tea station well stocked. Complimentary water provided. Toiletries were adequate. Working aircons. 1 of the 3 rooms booked had a shower in the bath tub-danger of slipping! Breakfast was great! Overall, very good value for money.

The staff are just amazing - especially Busi - but all of them really, Spotlessly Clean, perfectly located and just a pleasure to stay

“Russel hotel”
Pleasant stay. Busi is brilliant and very accommodating. Breakfast was good however, i felt like service was abit slow and we had to wait for our meals.

“Great stay at The Russel Hotel”
Such a nice gem in Knysna. My family and I stayed for 2 nights at The Russel Hotel. Nice quiet location, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly. The manager Busi was really helpful. Close to the Knysna main road /shops and waterfront. Would definitely come back to this hotel !
