Just returned from the Triton and had a fantastic time. We used to prefer Toromolinos area but staying at the Triton has changed that ! The location of the hotel was great, practically on the beach with great walks either to the marina or to the centre. We booked a premium room and was worth every penny for all the additional perks. The hotel was spotless throughout and our room was cleaned every day. We were half board and the food was great with a huge choice, I must agree with previous review about the white wine, it was really bad 😕 We were blessed with great weather and being up by the rooftop pool was so relaxing. All the staff we came across were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to the Triton but not in high season as I think perhaps it wouldn't be as quiet and chilled out.

My partner, 6 year old daughter and I spent a week at Best Hotel Triton in April 2026. Overall, a really nice hotel and I’d definitely consider booking again if going to Benalmadena, although I’d also look elsewhere as some aspects didn’t live up to expectations Pros: Really good room. Clean, well maintained and nice balcony with a great view of the sea. Housekeeping was great. Good facilities, with pools, play area the wean loved, splash zone, multiple dining areas. The arcade was a hit with my daughter(although cost me an arm and a leg) Staff were friendly and helpful at all times Wide variety of food at buffet The rooftop bar and pool is great, really nice spot Lovely beach right next to hotel Many places to eat and shop nearby. Also a supermarket close by Close to the marina which was really nice Cons: While there was a wide variety of food, it was bland, often cold, and was the worst part of the hotel for us. We were bed and breakfast and tried dinner a couple of times, but didn’t have a single meal that was enjoyable. Our daughter in particular, who isn’t generally picky, struggled with the food Hotel layout. The hotel looks like it’s set out as a U shape, but it’s actually 3 separate buildings. Getting around and getting out of it requires a lot of walking as the buildings and facilities all seem to be on different levels depending where you are. It’s a weird one and hard to explain, but ultimately, be prepared to walk a lot just to get around the hotel Kids club: The holiday was sold to us with promise of 2 hours of kids club a day. We read that as 2 hours of time to ourselves. The kids club actually needs parental supervision. This is definitely much more on us for not reading more carefully and Jet2 for not making that more clear. The hotel website is more upfront so fair play on that, but it certainly wasn’t what we were expecting Water temperature: might be just me and the fact it was April, but I hated going in the pools as they were Baltic. Overall: Really good but not perfect. I feel we got our money’s worth but if going again would scope out other hotels first

A cheap week away with the family, were to start with the hotel its Massive!! It takes a couple of days to get your head around the set up, there are 3 separate buildings that are connected via one floor and the grounds, to be fair though its in a great location and you avoid the hills with access to the marina along the front. The room is clean and checked daily but they are a bit scrimpy with the towels, some days we only got 3 for a family of 5, food is ok, just your normal European cuisine. little tip take a walk up to Arroyo, lovely little town and a nice walk through the park, you can see green parrots flying around 👍🏻

Fantastic stay and will definitely be going back even knowing there are faults! The entertainment was dire so we just went out to spend our money elsewhere - shame! The pool area disappointing as most seats are on the grass and at this time of year it was very muddy - dirty flip flops and towels yuk! Also there was no pool bar so everyone had to traipse way up to bar - weird set up! We used the outside terrace next to bar which was stunning and had the comfiest chairs! Apart from this the room, Public and garden areas and views are stunning and so clean and the breakfast choices were fantastic plus a glass of wine was only 2.30€ and beer 3.10€ (cheapest round in town for us)
