The Hotel was very welcoming upon arrival. Check in was quick and really easy, the staff were really friendly too. Our room was clean and tidy and the views are stunning, and a housekeeper visited every day. The food was really nice, a much better selection than other places that we have visited on an all inclusive holiday. Swimming pools are all a good size and loads of sunbeds, so no reserving is necessary (although some still did). Nice walk in to town if you are up for it, but plenty of buses if not. All in all, we had gad a time and gave already talked about going again. 10 out of 10 for us.

Just returned from staying at this hotel, it was our first time in benalmadena. Came through airport ee gates with no waiting or problem registering longer wait for our suitcases to come off plane. Checked in was easy didn't even want to look at my holiday voucher like at the last hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, 4th floor in the malaga tower you had plenty of toiletries which was topped up when needed and smelled lovely. Our room was cleaned every day by the lovely Paloma. Buffet was of a great quality and always plenty to choose from, if you can't find anything to eat at the buffet then there is something wrong with you. Food was always piping hot and delicious. There were queues in the mornings starting at 8.30am ready for gates opening at 9 if people wanted a certain spot, we had no trouble getting a sunbed, there are loads of sunbeds stacked up you just help yourself to one , plenty of garden space to put it under a Palm trees or in the sun. There is some sunbeds on the little beach at the side of the hotel which said €12. There is a Lidl across the road up a steep hill which has everything to could need or go the other way to the supercor supermarket a pharmacy (farmacia) is just before the supermarket the lady in the farmacia was very helpful and lovely. Yes the main strip of shops is a good walk away from the hotel but if you take a slowish walk it's not to bad. Tobacco shop on main strip was reasonable priced, there is another one further up the road nearer to marina which the staff in there are very helpful and polite. We cannot fault this hotel and we will be definitely coming back. Ann.b.

Great hotel, great staff, great views especially. It is well worth getting a room with a sea view. And I hope to be back at some stage. Rooms are very spacious, modern and well kept. Cleaning staff are very friendly and do a great job! PRO TIP: When in your room after check in, turn the TV on and watch the short video on screen if you don’t understand how dome things work. Food in the buffet restaurant is great, everything to accommodate all types of people, obviously some gripes about small things but these are negligible. MASSIVE NOTE TO EVERYONE, when a staff member takes your dishes away, say thank you. I couldn’t believe how many people don’t say this and treat them like they aren’t there. SECOND NOTE, do not call over a staff member over like a dog to clean a table just because YOU want to look outside when there are plenty of free tables elsewhere, this really bugged me, so disrespectful towards them as they are working hard enough never mind this. Outdoor areas are very well kept and I love the fact that there is an adults area and family area. After the outdoor areas close at 7pm the staff are tidying and organising right away which is great to see. Indoor facilities like the sauna, steam room, and pools are brilliant and an amazing extra in the hotel, again staff are friendly and accommodating. The gym is well kitted, however i wish there was a timetable for fitness classes as each time i used this facility there were classes active and it was very busy. I think they stopped at 12pm though for a while as most left at this time. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful! One small annoyance I had was that there are plenty of signs that state you cannot reserve sun beds and that anyone who does so and does not return within 30 minutes will have their belongings moved away. This was never enforced and i witnessed 32 sun beds unoccupied with peoples belongings on them during lunch whilst only 11 sun beds were actually occupied, this was in one part of the adults only area. Only other thing I can think of is the pool table in the main bar area. There are 2 and one of which is a bit dodgy to work and sometimes when it finally does, the balls dont come out and requires a bit of pushing, maybe a bit more maintenance needed on these. Also the fact it is €2 per game is a bit much, when i have paid for an all inclusive. Massive thank you to all the staff there you all were fantastic!!!

We arrived ad a family of 9 on 29th May. We were greeted by Carmen. A lovely receptionist who always had a smile and very helpful throughout our stay. Here are the positives of our stay: The hotel was immaculately clean. The gardens were kept beautiful. The pools and surrounding areas also were spotless. All the bar staff around the pool and inside bars were lovely. Majority of restaurant staff good. The negatives of our stay : Have never stayed in an all inclusive where you have to pay to launder towels. As a family of 9 it was very annoying to only be allowed to order 2 drinks per person . Which meant we had to go up several times. Have stayed in over 12 All inclusive hotels and never had this before. When going in the restaurant as a family of 9 we were told “ not possible “ to move tables ? As a family we like to sit together. We did just move the tables in the end . This was met by several staff rolling their eyes in disapproval. There were a few members of staff, Especially a gentleman who was very accommodating. The tapping in system at the restaurant does not work . Some of our group went for dinner early . As they went to watch football . They then went to come back in to have dessert they were told “ not possible “ One evening our grandson wanted to come back in restaurant after going to see entertainment to get an ice cream “ not possible “ He is 5? I can totally understand you not being able to take food( other than crisps/ lollies) around the pool. However several of the life guards seemed to pick and choose who to stop. It’s either a rule for all or nobody. The signage was not made clearly visible either and was on pillar at bar not clearly visible . We felt as a family that the pool staff need to learn better people skills . On 3 occasions, we went to lunch in main restaurant to find notes on our towels , stating we had left them unattended. Having to pay to have tea bags/ coffee / sugar in your room is strange. We felt that it was not as relaxing a holiday as we were constantly feeling micro managed . I would not stay in this hotel again. Which is such a shame as there are many staff that work hard.
