Travelled with my wife and 10 year old daughter during May half term. Had a great time at this hotel. Friendly and speedy check in, excellent room and everything spotlessly clean. The location was excellent - just a walk down through the hotel garden, through the little gate at the bottom, cross the road and you're at the Marina. Pool great- never struggled to get a sunbed - plenty of space - and my daughter made a friend on the first day which was fabulous. The pool does have some rules - no balls, no lilos - but that wasn't a problem for us - very chilled. Stayed half board - and have to say that the breakfasts were brilliant - anything you could have wanted. The evening meals were generally good - but my daughter struggled on a couple of occasions as she is vegetarian and also very picky and sometimes the choice was a little limited. But overall no complaints. Great desserts! The animacion team was very good from what we saw too. Easy 3 minute walk to the main road and the bus stop - and the local buses were really good and cheap - we bought a green transport card and each journey worked out at well less than a euro each time. We visited the Butterfly Park, the Crocodile Park and the Aqua park - and had good times at all of those. Our daughter loved the huge bouncing trampolines across the road by the Marina . By the way if you see a man with a white beard sat on the floor by the trampolines that has fallen on hard times consider giving him a euro and stop and have a chat with him. He's a lovely man and he always had a smile and a kind word. Tell him the young girl who dressed as a wolf and loved doing triple back somersaults says hello.

Lovely five day break in the sunshine! We stayed for five nights in May half term as a couple. We stayed may half term as I work in a school. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are constantly cleaning rooms, pool area, bar area it was immaculate. Beds comfy and shower always hot. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was loads to choose from always hot and plentiful. Rooms are keyless and payments are cashless. Your band has a chip for access to your room, this is a bonus not carrying keys. You can top up your room tab at reception so that you can buy drinks and snacks from bar a bonus not having to carry cash to the pool. We had drinks most afternoon in the shade of the bar and the staff were always attentive and happy. Entertainment staff were always happy and friendly and aqua aerobics was always fun. Lovely summer music round the pool. The staff in this hotel go out of their way to make sure your having the best time, from the reception staff to cleaning staff they were all so kind and friendly. We will definitely return. The building work was outside of our room and it was something else to watch and observe! The noise did not interrupt our stay. Hotel is central to everything you need. Arrived at the hotel for a 4 day break with a friend. The location is fantastic, pretty much on the marina! The hotel as we arrived was spotless and smelling lovely. The reception staff we welcoming and friendly . The room was nice (apart from the view of the building site opposite but we had been warned that building works were ongoing) The cleaning and service to the room was not the best. They never replaced the loo roll and we had to find a cleaner to get more. The tea/coffee was not refilled at any point. The floor wasn't swept and on one day we were left with one (threadbare) towel between us, had to go to recption to get a couple more. The balcony was a bit grubby and, due to a birds nest in the aircon unit, the floor was covered in stones which were never cleaned up! We arent picky by any means, just expect basic service. The breakfast was great, plenty to choose from...slightly annoying that on departure day, as we checked out, they let us keep our wristbands to get breakfast....which was open, despite the advert saying ot was only open from 8 so we assumed we couldn't get any (8am pickup) The pool area was great, loads of beds and as it was only open from 10am...no lounger towel wars!! Music piped around the pool was nice and the girls coming and doing activities were upbeat and obviously loved their job, so much fun! The lifeguard was very on the ball, needing to jump in at one point when a young boy was struggling a bit while mum's back was turned! Got a round of applause when he got out 👏 (The boy was fine) The queues for the drinks was often quite long because some guest on all inclusive and a couple of the servers (women) were not the friendliest but, i suppose maybe were busy! But in general all the staff were fab! Overall, this is a fab hotel, just a few bits for room servicing needs improvement. Would definately stay again!!
