Like many we are returning guests and lt is a positive reflection on the hotel to see so many familiar faces . This year we tried the roof terrace rooms and were very impressed , spacious and immaculately clean with 2 sunbeds overlooking the pool . Raffael and Monica were superb at meal times and are a credit to the business , always smiling and helpful . No complaints from us and I’m sure we will return .

A great holiday. If you want a central based hotel near to sandy beach great pool and super comfy rooms come here. The cleanliness of rooms and public areas was faultless. Staff very helpful especially Ana on reception supporting me when I lost my phone. I am a coeliac and breakfast area had a separate gluten free area with rolls, pain au chocolate, biscuits and cereal. Chef talked me through Buffet and what I could eat and offered to make anything gluten free if I ordered for next day - I felt totally safe to eat and had good choices. I hope to return here I had one of the most relaxing holidays ever here. Thanks to all staff and especially the housekeeping team for such a clean and well presented hotel.

“***Avoid Room 181 Mosquito infestation**”

I must preface this review by saying the hotel is lovely, a great location and the staff are fantastic. We stayed at the hotel 8th to 18th June and were allocated room 181 on arrival. After our 1st night in the room I woke up with about 15 mosquito bites, my wife the same, we noticed they were everywhere in the room, in the shower, open a drawer they would fly out get clothing from the wardrobe they were in there in great numbers. By night 2 we had many more bites despite us wearing Pestects bracelets and spraying Deet. We went to reception and were told to keep the patio door shut (we were doing this anyway) and they gave us plug ins for the room, night 3 we received even more bites we had about 40 each by this point. I should state we are a couple in our 60's seasoned travellers, and we have visited numerous holiday destinations were you would expect to encounter mosquito's the Greek Islands, the Caribbean long stays in Barbados, Cuba & Mexico, and we would always take appropriate care using sprays yes we might get the odd bite but nothing on the industrial scale that we were being bitten in room 181. We had noticed at breakfast and around the pool that no one else seemed to have numerous bites, we spoke to other residents no one else voiced it as a problem, at this point I began to wonder whether it was the room that was the problem. I went on the Trip advsisor site for the hotel and put mosquitos in the search bar numerous reviews came up one describing a situation very similar to ours and the description of the room suggested it was were we were staying then I located a review from July 2024 almost 2 years ago where the couple were getting enormous numbers of bites the review ended "avoid rooms 181 & 182 (we were in 181) with this information I went to reception and demanded a change of room the staff did this immediatly moving us to a room on the other side of the hotel on the 3rd floor we spent the remaining 7 nights of our holiday in that room at didnt get another bite
