excellent small apartment with good facilities, next to cliffs and stunning views. Management friendly, and helpul, value for money. Short walk to beach with excellent fish restaurants and small straw beachbars. May be windy but its not spoilt

Slightly rustic but fully equipped apartment at a great price. Conil is very nice, lots of places to eat and drink and a great beach. The apts are a bit of a walk from town and a drive to the supermarket. English spoken.

Lovely little one bedroom apartment with a sea view. These apartments are located about a km away from the main town of Conil de la frontera. Situated up on a hill which offers lovely views of the coastline. Our apartment was a one bedroom, 1st floor. Outside the apartment is a large roof terrace, covered in fake grass (good quality) with sun loungers and picnic tables. There is a small table and 2 chairs directly outside the front door. Inside the apartment there is a living/dining/kitchen room. 2 long concrete benches with cushions on, a dining table with 3 chairs, a television (only spanish), kitchen area has a big fridge/freezer, 2 hobs, a dual sink and lots of pots & pans, crockery, cutlery. The bedroom had 2 single beds, together, each with a bedside table. The beds are large singles and the mattresses very comfortable. No room in the bedroom for clothes, these are stored just outside bedroom door in a large wardrobe (needed more hangers) Bathroom was large, with 2 sinks, a bath and a very powerful shower. On arrival you are supplied with towels, clean sheets & a toilet roll and a selection of toiletries (inc a toothbrush) - if you want these items changed, you either do it yourself at reception or pay 10 euros for a cleaner to do it. No hairdryer - you have to ask to borrow one. No iron or ironing board - there is one in the block directly infront, up to the terrace and there is a small room with washing machine you can use. Though not sure where you get pegs to hang out washing. There are the metal blinds to block out the sun/light in the rooms. The only downside for me (a light sleeper) is between the living room and bedroom there isn't a solid wall. Just 3 roller blinds, so gaps. This means the light from the emergency light glowed into the bedroom and the fridge could be heard. You can hear noise from the next door apartments (my earplugs where useful) There is air conditioning, though we didn't need it. There is free wifi, but the signal would go from strong to nothing - no idea why. We had driven to the apartments and there was a large,free carpark alongside. Though if all apartments where full and all had cars, could be a bit busy. Supermarkets only down the road, could walk there, ok if cool, but a bit epic with a couple of bags of shopping and hot! The walk to Conil is down the hill and then we found it nice to go directly onto the beach and walk along the sea front. There are a couple of bars on the beach to enjoy the sea. There is a restaurant at the apartments but we never tried it. The beach bar opened the weekend after we arrived, so we enjoyed a beer there. Not sure how it would have been if all the apartments where full and if the apartment blocks directly behind had people in as their windows would have looked directly into our bathroom and bedroom. But out of season and for the fact of being so close to the sea it worked well for us.
