“Fammily trip”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everithing was good, and relaxing. Staff was very polite and friendly. Probabbly we`ll return.

“Lovely hotel in Southwest of Spain.”

We enjoyed our stay of one night at this beautiful hotel in a safe, quiet, and walkable area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room large and comfortable. Excellent bed.

This company makes a big play about being dog friendly and we chose it for an 8 day stay for that reason. This company makes a big play about being dog friendly and we chose it for an 8 day stay for that reason. All the apartments (which are in a separate building across the road from the main hotel) are shown on the companies website as dog friendly, so we chose a 2 bedroom unit and paid for it, non refundable. Before we arrived the hotel messaged to say that only the duplex units - which have narrow and not very safe stairs - were actually dog friendly so would we like to still stay. We had already committed our travel plans by then and didn't really have an option to change, so we weren't very happy about the misrepresentation of the dog friendliness of the establishment. Needless to say, when we arrived, the air conditioning /heating (January = cold) was totally ineffective and we had to be provided with an oil radiator so, eventually after several hours, the place became warm. Generally, these apartments have a jaded and dated feel to them, despite the recent coat of paint so don't expect 21st century performance from anything apart from the wi-fi which was good. TV had 4 channels, not smart etc. Positives? Great location with lot's of bars and cafes frequented by locals an a distinct lack of the usual tourism tat. We drove down from the UK so the easy on street parking was great - you can park in the hotel grounds for 10 Euros a day but really not necessary. The grounds and surrounding urbanization are very pleasant and the staff are polite and helpful despite having to labour with an inferior product. Apparently, the main hotel is very nice but out of bounds to us dog owners - a scenario I find unacceptable in 2026 but that's Spanish attitudes towards dogs for you.
