We found the hotel very nice, clean and tidy throughout. The food in the restaurant was as expected, you could always find something nice to eat although there were never any hot plates. The only complaint we had was how we (all inclusive guests) were treated at the pool bar. We were made to feel like we hadn’t paid for food. The people that ‘paid’ had their food taken to their table on China plates with napkins. On the one occasion that we did eat at the pool bar, we ordered at the bar and then sat at a table, thinking our burgers would be bought to us, like everyone else around, Natalia, the waitress shouted over to us and pointed to the burgers on the bar (paper plates) and we had to go get them, I also went back for a serviette and it was practically snatched out of my hand and I was told ‘no, no, you have these ones’, tiny little ones. Just because we paid for all inclusive doesn’t mean we haven’t paid!! Also be aware there are no shops around.

Everyone has different expectations so we don't normally take a great deal of notice of reviews, however the negative reviews were just too many to ignore so we contacted the hotel prior to our stay for some clarification. The hotel responded promptly and answered the concerns we had. Arrived on 2nd June & so far are happy we decided to still visit. Different room grades offer different facilities so we knew what to expect in our room choice. The hotel, rooms and outdoor areas are kept spotlessly clean & tidy. The staff are friendly, polite and more than helpful. There is an excellent choice of foods at Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Meal with lots of fresh fruit available. The only very slight negative for us is the volume of the late night entertainment - forget sleep until it's over - usually by midnight.

Arrived 2nd June late so here now for 1 week ,staff on reception were helpful, told to come back in morning for full instructions on hotel but staff didn't seem to want to help ,told them mini fridge was empty nothing in it they just shrugged it off so there will be nothing to drink in room, also had flavoured tea sugar NO milk had to ask for it ,asked about key safe box wanted 3 euros a day nonrefundable which I've never heard of before, (always go all inclusive) so well use to this sort of holiday Pool snack bar was OK until wanting food only thing all inclusive was hamburger, hotdog and chips anything else had to pay at reduced cost very disappointing especially if you didn't want to go into restaurant ,understand paying for branded drinks not food Will see what rest of the holiday holds Hotel and rooms 4 star food etc not

Upon arrival, the hotel looks really impressive. This continued into the reception and the rooms which are spacious and clean. All of the staff are very friendly and polite. The rest of the hotel is equally well maintained and clean. At reception you are provided a quality wrist band with a digital chip which acts as your room key and much more convenient than carrying a key everywhere. There are two large pools with lots of sunbeds and sun umbrellas. There is entertainment each evening, although only a couple of professional acts and the rest is managed by the amazing entertainment staff who seem to work very long hours, but a bit poor entertainment wise. There is free wifi at the hotel which is decent inside but regularly drops out when by the bottom pool. Coffee lovers will be disappointed as despite the presence of a kettle, cups, and flavoured tea bags in the rooms, there are no breakfast tea, coffee, milk or sugar facilities. So the only chance for a morning brew is to actually go in for breakfast where the coffee machine queues are quite long. So, this brings me to one of the most important parts of an All Inclusive experience - The Food!! Contrary to the digital room key, here you have to remember to carry a card to be crossed out at each meal. It is a large dining room with a large variety of salad items and pickles / cheeses / breads etc. There are also a couple of areas with a variety of cakes, desserts, and an ice cream freezer. The main feature is the "hot food" which usually has a selection of potatoes, chips, pastas, vegetables, and at least 2 fish and meat options. Whilst yes it is often repetitive, it is all nicely flavoured and well cooked. BUT, it is cold!! Unless you are lucky enough to get something fresh off the grill, anything from the serving bowls is cold, which is something most people talked about. Most similar buffets have closed servers that you have to open to reach the food, thus keeping the heat in, but there were none here, so i'd suggest they invest in some quickly. The other food related issue, is breakfast. Again there is a good selection of cold items including croissants, breads, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, etc, but the hot options consist of small sausages and chorizo which are ok, but a total misuse of the "egg station". The single chef here is responsible for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes and pancakes. As a result, they hide the ham and cheese ingredients for Omelettes as they are too time consuming, although if you ask for one they will make it. Their time is spent quickly cooking pancakes, rolled strips of scrambled egg, and fried eggs, which they hastily toss into the serving bowls for customers to then help themselves from. Sadly this often results in poorly cooked, or overcooked items, mostly broken yolks, served from a messy bowl. It is such a perfect 2 hot plate area that if they had 2 chefs, they could easily provide lovely fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes to order, straight to your plate, like every other quality hotel. It will make all the difference and provide a quality food that will have you talking about how good it is. so, all in all a nice, clean, peaceful hotel with a quiet laid back atmosphere, but they really would need to resolve these pretty important food issues before i'd go back again.
