“Too many rules and no customer service.”
Mixed review and customer service needs improving. Hotel reception clean but damp smell all the time. Room was not cleaned, towels changed and bed made but floor not swept or cleaned over the 4 days we were there. Pool bar shut most of our stay which was annoying. Pool lovely area but beds too… more
