Just back this morning, celebrating a significant date and also badly needed to unwind and relax after a very stressful month. I'm SO glad we chose this hotel. Where to begin : The Hotel : Beautiful and tranquil, very well designed, ultra modern. We loved it. Plenty of parking outside as well as a garage underground that has a charge of 10 euros per night. Just a short walk into the town and the beach. The outside pool area is just to die for. Four poster sun beds, plenty of sun loungers, great oblong shaped pools. We couldn't bear leaving it for long. Gorgeous to look and sunbathe in. Its the sort of set up you see in a movie and sigh about. It has a pool bar which opens in the late afternoons, and assume this is because late May is still out of season. Reception give you a towel to take out to the pool area. Grounds are very minimalistic. Very chic and well kept. WiFi worked very well in all the communal areas and the especially in the bedroom. The Bedroom : Again, very calming with a beautiful sea view as requested. Great size room with a gigantic bed and a 'pillow menu'. The bathroom was a very good size and well thought out. I loved it. Plenty of storage space with huge wardrobes, great chest of drawers in the room with plenty of space also. Has a small f ridge in the room inside a matching cabinet so no noise from that at all. Fabulous lighting, especially over the bed. The terrace was a good size with a full sized sun lounger. TV had quite a few channels, including an English one. Cleaned to perfection every day with quality bathroom products by pleasant ladies. Plenty of fluffy towels. Air con worked well. Had a problem with the safe but this was fixed straight away. Reception : Lovely staff here, nothing is too much trouble. If you speak a little Spanish then use it. It was very much appreciated. Food : Breakfast was great, loads of choice with good quality meats, fruit, you name it, you can have it. Lots of fresh orange juice, water, teas coffee etc. Loads of jams and marmalades. Hots scrambled egg with mini sausages and bacon was available if you wanted a hot breakfast. I enjoyed making traditional tostadas with tuna and olive oil a lot. We had to stop ourselves eating took much of it. I could have sat there all morning grazing. We ate here every night on a dinner, bed & breakfast deal. The starters were a little different for us but we enjoyed everything we had including the 2 sirloin steaks 1 night, and a fillet the other. Has a reasonably priced wine list too. Servers were lovely and pleasant. Spa : Where to start. Its' gorgeous. Candle lit to the main area. We both had very good massages and used all the facilities beforehand. I loved the salt water pool with the different water features to help ease backs etc The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great. Everything is scrupulously clean. I went back upstairs to my room in the robe a very happy and relaxed lady. we ate outside on the 1st night and inside on the 2nd. Las Negras : Lovely little seaside village, pebbly beach for much of it, a few chic chi restaurants and shops. Saw kayaking, divers, and people fishing. Just enough for a 1 -2 night stay personally speaking. The area is very beautiful once you loose the 'greenhouses'. Only used 1 bar in the village, which was great, otherwise we stayed in the hotel and so relaxing. You may gather that I love this hotel ; )))) I'd go back in a heart beat and I am missing it already!!

“Nice Hotel, no good spa”

The hotel is perfect. Located at 5 min walk from the beach and near the center of the town Las Negras ( small, cozy and nice town). The hotel is perfect. Located at 5 min walk from the beach and near the center of the town Las Negras ( small, cozy and nice town). Hotel with everything you need, not fancy but nice, clean and the personnel very friendly. Free parking outside. WIFI not very good, SPA (massages and facials) not very good except for Montse, she gives very good massages. Breakfast (bufete) good with most of everything (fresh fruit, breads, ham and cheeses, eggs....). The swimming pool area is nice and it has its own bar with drinks and “ok” fast food, Ice creams. The hotel is clean and I was happily surprised that room cleaning is made the whole day so you can leave the “do not disturb sign” in your door and they will clean the room later. Cleaning ladies very nice and patient (thank you ladys!). Very confortable hotel. Very nice personnel. We will come back.

“Still good, but in need of TLC”

I stayed here 7 years before with friends and decided to go back with my partner. Design-wise, the hotel is standing the test of time. But if you build an (almost) all-white hotel, you need to be prepared to do a fair bit of maintenance. Unfortunately, that willingness appears to be absent. Too man… more

I stayed here 7 years before with friends and decided to go back with my partner. Design-wise, the hotel is standing the test of time. But if you build an (almost) all-white hotel, you need to be prepared to do a fair bit of maintenance. Unfortunately, that willingness appears to be absent. Too many little stains and damages everywhere (common areas and room), which makes it look like nobody really cares. The bed was comfortable, but the shower wasn't great. Not enough pressure to keep the showerhead from falling down, for example. Our rate included access to the spa, which was clearly marked on the confirmation, but still we had to convince the receptionist it was indeed the case. The spa area in particular feels neglected. A major refresh is in order. We enjoyed it, but wouldn't have if we had paid 25 per person for it. The lady at the spa (I think her name was Montse, but I'm not sure) was delightful. Breakfast was disappointing. Small selection and not very good quality. The overall feeling I left with, is that nobody cares enough about this hotel to keep up the standards. Which is a shame because the design is beautiful.

Big room big bed and good breakfast that’s all. Spa is operating only a few hours per day, you need to book a massage days/weeks in advance could not get any. Do note have dinner it’s pretty bad and in town there are so many good restaurants. Designwise they need to work on the decoration, too whit… more

Big room big bed and good breakfast that’s all. Spa is operating only a few hours per day, you need to book a massage days/weeks in advance could not get any. Do note have dinner it’s pretty bad and in town there are so many good restaurants. Designwise they need to work on the decoration, too white and cold. In our room there was a no sense window giving from bathroom to the bed and if you need to go to bathroom by night for example the light goes to the room and wakes up parter/family.
