Had an amazing 10 days at this hotel treated ourselves to jacuzzi suites which were amazing! Food drink pool cleanliness superb. My 2 Yr old granddaughter loved the kids club and mini disco albeit a bit samey. The entertainment in general was ok although repeated if you stay longer than a week. Shout out to Marina at the pool bar possibly the nicest of the hotel staff! All staff very attentive and professional 👏 mini fridge well stocked. The only we as a family would've liked was some background music around the pool but apart from that ticked all our boxes plus close to shops restaurants and beach if you wanted to venture out. Our room was 525 definitely had the better side for the sun in the afternoon whilst we were chilling in jacuzzi. Will definitely use the Protur chain again maybe Majorca next time

“Good but not great”

We are long standing guests at thus hotel, once sometimes twice a year. This time we arrived just as the hotel opened for the season, we were surprised some rooms were not ready for the new arrivals. We are long standing guests at thus hotel, once sometimes twice a year. This time we arrived just as the hotel opened for the season, we were surprised some rooms were not ready for the new arrivals. Breakfast as always looked fabulous but we did have to use the microwave to re heat our food. Lunch at pool bar was good but again not very warm. Staff in main restaurant as always friendly, helpful and pleasant, yes we noticed chairs in need of some attention. Shout out to Javier, oliver and otti. We did notice the tiles in the lazy river were not very clean(lifeguards used to get in and clean them at end of the day) and we were not sure all the lazy river jets were working. We love the hotel,location and staff and will be returning again later in the year. A few things do need looking into if we are to continue coming to the hotel.

“Nearly, but not quite.”

This is a brilliant hotel, it's clean, modern and the staff are very friendly, it has lots of great facilities and is almost a 5 star hotel. This is a brilliant hotel, it's clean, modern and the staff are very friendly, it has lots of great facilities and is almost a 5 star hotel. It's outlook on to the beach is stunning, it has a superb walkway which stretches for miles and is a pleasure to walk along. The trees and grass at the rear are immaculate, the beach is well kept and clean. The choice of food is very good and the breakfast selection is the best I have ever seen, the drinks are very good too, you can have a glass or a bottle of wine with you meals, the white wine is always chilled and the waiting staff are very attentive. With some slight improvements this hotel would shine and earn a true 5 star reputation, some may feel I am being picky but if you claim to be the best and you nearly are then these small points will help. The hot Food is offen just warm and almost cold, the sauces / gravies are usually cold, you do offer hot plates and they help a little but serving just warm food is slightly disappointing, some of the dinning chairs are about to collapse, they are coming apart at the joints and very precarious. The mens toilets near the bar are in need of a makeover, the hand dryers are dirty and needs replacing, the tiling grout is falling out, a general makeover would be good. Some of these points are minor but they all count towards a 5 star hotel experience, I do hope that these can be addressed, I will be returning to this hotel in the future and hope that these small improvements will make a big difference. A lot of businesses in this area have ceased trading, shops are empty and apartment blocks are not looking too good, this hotel stands out as a modern, trendy place to stay, talking to other customers they love this hotel and return back here year after year and I can understand their reasons for their loyalty but they do agree with my observations. I do hope that these points are a way forward to improve what is almost an idyllic hotel.

As our first family holiday - 2 adults and 2 kids <4 years old things have run as smoothly as we could have hoped. Booked through easyJet holidays, the change of flight time was annoying - but at least the transfers were timely and comfortable. Before continuing, it's worth noting our week has been disrupted by amber wind warnings. In any case - the hotel, room, food and general amenities in the area. The hotel is trapped in time. Optically looks the most appealing in the surrounding area but beyond that there's nothing to shout about. Pools look lovely in photos but really aren't large enough for the hotel. The kids pool does feel as though it's newly renovated with slide. But through the wind has largely been unusable for our stay. Our room advertised as a family room is way too small. Those with us had upgraded to a suite which are very large. The rooms themselves are clean, maid service daily with sheets changed every couple of days. As a couple it would be adequate, as 4 for us it was too small. Food.. breakfast is consistent and the same every day. Lunch we mostly stuck to the outdoor stack bar - hot and cold offerings, hot consisting of pasta, hot dogs, burgers, rotisserie chicken are a staple. Evening meals in the main restaurant are a lottery. Some days good, some days less so. I'd give it a 5/10 - variety but nothing that will stay long in the memory. I think they would be better cutting the menu but upping the quality. Finally the area. There's very little to do. Like the hotel, it's trapped in the 2000s. Built pre 2008 financial crash, there's literally nothing around. Hampered by the wind. The hotel offered nothing in the down days. The kids club host quit on day 4 leaving a gap on activities. We resorted to playing football outside of their conference rooms in the basement. If you are unfortunate and get caught with bad weather. There's neither anything or around the hotel to do. It's a place forgotten about and really feels abandoned.
