“Enjoyable few days”

The hotel staff were very helpful, food was plentiful and lots of choices, rooms were cleaned every day and the most comfiest of beds . We didnt go to the shows as was quite late, loved the pool however around the pool was very slippery and saw a few people slip. Would definitely visit again

“A great hotel”

My first time staying at Aluasun and it was brilliant, there was plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. The staff were amazing aswel . The hotel and pool area was spotless . I will definitely be back.

Honestly, after reading all of the reviews beforehand I was expecting a dive. But this hotel is a very very cheap answer to a resort holiday. The restaurant is a standard hotel buffet and free drinks (We had breakfast and dinner not all inclusive) the bedrooms are a bit dated but they’re very spacious. There are a few shops inside the hotel along with an ATM, some games and table tennis outside. Very close to a bus stop. The staff are extremely kind, lovely gentleman greeting you at the door at the restaurant, very bubbly and friendly. All the staff are happy and pleasant. The hotel itself is big, there’s loads of places to sit whether it’s a table or a lounger. A few medium to small pools and the kids seem to be loving it, kids discos and kid areas. Atmosphere wise I would say there is entertainment and the kids seem happy, there were people dancing but not like really memorable or banter with the performers but for the price I can’t complain. Cleanliness - clean I mean we didn’t have any issues there’s cleaners here and we didn’t experience anything dirty. The noise levels fine the entertainment can’t be heard from our room unless the balcony is open.

We've not long got back from a lovely holiday at Aluasun Costa Park 03-10/06/26. I would like to thank both Christian at reception for assisting us in getting a suitable room and Imed for being so helpful, funny and friendly. Good Points: The hotel is both close to the airport and town centre (try to use a taxi for transfer or you could wait up to an hour for the other holiday makers to clear customs etc). Our room was spacious and kept very clean by the cleaners on a daily basis. There is a fair selection of foods and drinks in the restaurant plus snacks at the pool bar. The evening outside entertainment is mostly professional and enjoyed by the majority of guests but relies too heavily on the assumption that everyone wants to see dancers every night and would benefit from some variation ie karaoke or more live music. All hotel staff are friendly and although not all staff speak English they know enough to try to assist (or ask Imed or reception). We did all inclusive and the lager is on self serve (****** for this and that's why we'll be coming back next year. Lol). Not So Good Points: The wifi is very strong in certain places ie by the pool bar but is very weak and keeps dropping out in our room, outside where the animation is held. The TV signal kept being interrupted which was odd as it had an arial. The evening shows outside were way too loud at times and should be a focus for the hotel to rectify as a paying guests experience and holiday would be spoilt as there are rooms directly by the stage.
