Clean, all the facilities you could require Great pool, breakfast included but extremely busy at any of the 2hrs slot friendly staff Would definitely recommend especially if you’ve small kids Very close to all shops and returaunts but still very peaceful at night with good air conditioned apartments Stay away from anything that resembles a spar supermarket as they are a rip off for drinks, snacks and essentials, stick to the local supermarkets which sell almost everything at half the price There are drinking water towers located throughout the apartment blocks and it’s easy to fill a bottle whilst passing..saves buying water all the time although water is very cheap in the local supermarkets

“Good value hotel in a superb location”

We stayed here for one week on a bed and breakfast basis as a family of four. The hotel setting is lovely, a three storey low rise quadrangle with the swimming pool and entertainment area at the centre. They look after the trees and shrubs very well and this makes the hotel feel attractive. We had a pool-facing room with a small private garden attached, which was very pleasant. There is a separate part to the hotel, across a small side street, this is more high rise with 5 or 6 floors and a very small pool area, it did not seem so attractive to us. The room was a good size, with a comfortable twin/double bed, a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge room, and still lots of space for wardrobes and small kitchen area etc. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was excellent. The kitchen has two hobs and a microwave with some basic crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils provided. We did self-cater a couple of times, which was fine, with a nice dining table and chairs on a small balcony for alfresco dining in your room. You can hear a bit of noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms, but it didn't bother us too much, also the light in the corridor is left on all night and it does come under the door a bit. The staff will clean your room and change towels as often as you want. The hotel entertainment seemed to be mostly aimed at small children, ours are teenagers so we didn't get involved with this. The main swimming pool is unheated and it was a bit cold but we still used it a lot, one point for feedback to the hotel is to try to clean the pool a bit more frequently, there was debris building up in it. There was also a small indoor heated pool that we did not use. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice of hot and cold foods, though it does finish at 10am sharp, which seems a little early for teenagers. There is a small bar area and lots of day trip activities that you can book at reception, you can also hire bicycles at the hotel for a very reasonable rate of 13 euros per day. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. In one direction it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach, another 5 mins walk takes you in to the bar/restaurant strip of Port D'Alcudia. In the other direction it is a 15 minutes walk to the old citadel/walled town of Alcudia with lots of historic sights, restaurants and bars - a very attractive and atmospheric old town area. There are also numerous other shops, bars and supermarkets within a 5-10 minutes walk of the hotel.

Amazing service very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful however initially upon arrival the air conditioning was broken for a while , the evening entertainment was disappointing it was mainly focused on children and lacked stuff for teenagers and adults and the pool was only based around strong swimmers it lacked shallow water so there wasn't alot of space for weak swimmers to go without feeling unsafe . However this hotel is amazing for small children and is family friendly people tells amazing for small children and his family friendly , yeah
