We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We came to the Alcudia Garden for 11 nights and we have had a great time. Lovely apartment, big enough for us and had everything we needed. Maid service was excellent. Reception staff always helpful. Daniella was also very helpful and organised a shower room for us on our last day. The pool area is lovely and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Staff will remove towels if you leave them for too long. Entertainment was great, plenty for the children and adults. The hotel is right in the centre near the port. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and very close to the beach. We booked via TUI and thought that the price of our all inclusive stay was very good value. Food was brilliant and always lots of choice. Something for everyone. There are two pool bars. Lots of drinks available. Cocktails are lovely. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

“A perfect stay for us”

Just returned from a week A.I with my two older teens. The hotel was totally perfect for us. This hotel was cheaper than brands we've stayed in previous years so we were a little bit apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely hotel that gets so many of the little thing right. Check in was easy, staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool is big enough with lots of beds and seating around the bar areas. The location of the hotel is perfect with the beach just a minute walk away, we could see the sea from our balcony. We visited Alcudia Old Town and my 19 year old explored the area using the busses at the end of the road. The buses do get busy though. We've found some hotels to be very focused on younger families but here my teens were well catered for and it didn't feel dominated by young children and babies. We got sunbeds, no problem, each day. One of my teens joined in with all the teen and adult activities and had the time of his life playing water polo / volley/ basket and riffle shooting, archery. He loved the outdoor show cooking and my oldest really enjoyed a Spanish lesson. Animation team were awesome. Food was brilliant. I'm celiac with a nut allergy. Everything was clearly labelled and the chef was incredibly helpful. Lots of choice and some delicious stews, pulled pork, Moroccan veg, plus meat cooked on the grill, fish, endless salads, cheeses, olives etc. Drinks were great (sangria, pina colada, mojitos). There were no difficult token systems, just show your wrist band and no more than 4 drinks at a time. There's water stations around the hotel to fill bottles. Evening entertainment was much better than elsewhere and we enjoyed it. The world cup was on while we visited and the hotel handled that so very well with a big screen in a separate entertainment area. The atmosphere was brilliant. We can't think of anything we would fault, it was truly perfect for us.

Dear ....... We recently spent a holiday in Mallorca from 25 to 1 June at Aparthotel Alcudia Garden. Based on our experiences there, I would like to write and post a review on Tripadviser.+ • Situation: o My wife has a complicated diet o My wife can walk extremely limited with a walker as a result of an accident, • Challenges: o Distance hotel to beach, great location, with many breaks achievable o Moving within buildings complicated, including in a restaurant or on a terrace o climbing stairs is impossible so stay on the ground floor or elevator available for other ground floors • Appreciation of holiday accommodation for us, the distinctiveness of the aparthotel: o not whether every door of every cupboard closes perfectly, all necessary things are present in the apartment, etc. That is well arranged in any decent aparthotel o how and how well does the staff make us feel very welcome and that they arrange and take care of everything for us. To give us the feeling that the most important thing is that we feel at home in a beautiful ambiance with a very strong involvement of the employee especially for me as a guest!! • Appreciation, how experienced, in the light of caring for a guest who is truly welcome. Employee involvement with us. I will explain our appreciation in more detail on the basis of two examples related to our complicated situation: 1. Difficult walking, no stairs: o The manager, Uriquez Pomar, I hope I wrote the name correctly, who received us indicated that he had looked carefully at our situation. He had reserved an apartment for that, right next to the elevator, so no problems with stairs and minimum walking distance. Super! o This also meant a view at the front of the aparthotel instead of the garden with swimming pools, etc. Since we were hardly mobile, we had to spend the necessary time on our balcony and so a view of the garden and swimming pools was more attractive than a view of the street. o I approached the manager with the cheeky question whether it was possible to immediately exchange his carefully reserved apartment for an apartment at a minimum distance from the elevator but on the other side of the corridor with the desired view. That would be difficult because they were actually fully booked. o The manager immediately put a colleague to work with the assignment to try to realize a reshuffling of apartments in that part of the complex on that floor. After a complicated puzzle, it worked. A perfect location thanks to the will and all understanding for our situation despite the hassle that was caused. Then you feel very welcome!! Super!! Everything for the guest 2. Complicated diet: o As soon as we arrived at the entrance of the restaurant, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a signal was passed on to the kitchen and Carli, I think the 2nd cook of the restaurant, immediately appeared o This cook walked with me at every breakfast, lunch and dinner, to all the buffets to explain what was and what was not suitable for my wife. o In addition, he always offered dishes that could be made especially for her o This gave her a luxurious, appropriate, varied choice at every meal, so three times a day. o In addition, Carli regularly came in the morning with the question, proposal, if he could cook (adapted) especially for her that evening. Then you feel very welcome!! Super!! Everything for the guest!! In short: Aparthotel Alcudia Garden is a great aparthotel where we were constantly given the feeling that we were very welcome with a strong commitment of the employees for the guests!
