We stayed at 07 BE KLUB for four nights as a family of four. Like any hotel, it had its positives and negatives, but overall we had a really good holiday and made some great memories. The biggest frustration came right at the start. After checking in, I asked reception how to get to our room and was simply told to leave reception and turn right. What I wasn't told was just how large the resort is. With two children, my wife, suitcases and hand luggage, we ended up dragging everything across the complex to Reef 2 without really knowing where we were going. It wasn't the best start to the holiday, especially when we later discovered there is a free shuttle service available. It would have made a huge difference if reception had mentioned this when we arrived. The room itself was perfectly fine. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with a kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The only thing missing was a few basic welcome items such as tea bags, coffee and milk. Fortunately, there is a small supermarket just below Reef 2 which stocks pretty much everything you might need. We were able to pick up tea, coffee and milk straight away, which was really convenient. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the room. The safe didn't work despite us paying extra for it, although to be fair the hotel refunded the charge without any fuss. There was also a damaged electrical socket with exposed wiring. I reported it to reception and was assured someone would come and fix it, but nobody ever did. Food was average. It wasn't anything special and could be a bit bland at times, but this is a three-star hotel, so my expectations were realistic. There was always plenty of choice and we never struggled to find something to eat. One thing worth noting is that you need to make a reservation if you want to eat at the Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, nobody informed us of this beforehand. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday. The kids absolutely loved the slides and the tipping bucket. I could sit at the pool bar and keep an eye on them while they played, which made for some very relaxing afternoons. We also booked a few excursions, all of which were excellent. We went snorkelling, swam in the open sea and explored caves, which were fantastic experiences. We also did the dolphin sunrise trip. It was a very early start, leaving the pier at 6am, which meant getting the children up around 4:30am. That wasn't easy, but it was worth it. The boats do get very busy though, so expect plenty of people gathering to see the dolphins. A quick mention about the mosquitoes, as this seems to come up a lot in reviews. Yes, there were some around, but it wasn't a major issue for us. We had a few bites between us during the stay, but nothing excessive, and the children didn't get bitten at all. The beach is absolutely stunning and, without question, one of the best I've ever visited. The sand is beautiful, there are loads of activities available and it's the sort of place where you can happily spend an entire day. Final Thoughts 07 BE KLUB is a three-star resort that provides everything you need for a family holiday. It isn't luxurious and there are areas that could be improved, particularly communication from reception and making guests aware of the shuttle service to avoid unnecessary stress on arrival. The lack of room service was also a slight downside. That said, we had a fantastic time overall. The children loved it, the beach was incredible, the pool facilities were excellent, and we made the most of every day. Despite a few issues along the way, we went home with some wonderful family memories, which is ultimately what matters most.

Definitely better then a 2☆ but quite a way to go to make 4☆ s. Lovely location, beach etc. Atmosphere was fine,although you do get fed up with queue jumping. Rooms are hit and miss regarding cleanliness and standard. Nice touches with mirror light,wardrobe light and wall mounted hairdryer in bathr… more

Did not enjoy any of the restaurants food,very poor quality in our opinion. Great pools and play parks. Did not rate evening entertainment. We took animal spray with deet and anti histamines to deal with midges as read reviews before hand. Would probably go back for 4 days,no food,and the taylor the break to suit us.
