This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The communal areas are so clean and well maintained and every staff member we encountered was so friendly. The swimming pool overlooking the lake is exactly as the marketing pictures show and very relaxing to lay beside throughout the day. We were out exploring during the day and came back to plenty of sunbeds with much of the second pool surround led by cyclists. There was always a good atmosphere with some low-volume music coming from the pool bar. Rooms were large enough for the two of us and maid service very attentive, with the main drawback being the bathroom. The open "cubicle" isn't to my taste and my partner had to make themselves scarce some times. We are aiming to return again to this beautiful hotel, after the summer season.

As a relatively young couple in our mid-20’s, this hotel met our expectations, and likely exceeded them. Starting with the non-negotiables, the entire hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff couldn’t do enough for you - they were very friendly! The check-in process was fast and efficient, then off to see our room. Very clean, well-organised, with a nice balcony in our case overlooking the buzzing street below and one of the hotel bars. Depending on your preference, we weren’t overly keen on the shower / toilet / bedroom all within one room vibe, but accept that this was made clear before visiting so the hotel can’t be penalised for a lack of transparency. Each morning, our room was cleaned and we were given fresh bed sheets; a small detail but important nonetheless. As for the rest of the hotel, it was consistent in that it was well looked-after and a perfect environment in which you could fully switch off and enjoy some much needed rest. We woke each day around 10am and never had an issue getting two sun beds in prime positions (as determined by my partner). The location of the hotel itself is another big plus as it is not quite in the Alcúdia Old Town itself but is close and well connected. A short walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute ride got you either into the Marina or the Old Town itself. Both have great restaurants but we would certainly recommend the Marina / Port D’Alcudia if you want a relaxing but delicious meal followed by some drinks and perhaps some live music afterwards. Our only criticism, and it’s not the end of the world, was the food served around the pool throughout the day. It wasn’t great quality and there weren’t an abundance of options. But given the many great food options around the hotel, this was mitigated. All in all, a relaxing experience at this hotel and we would both return if we revisited Alcudia in the future.

“Good location, nice pool area”

Great location, small rooms but really well designed and good use of space. We only stayed for 4 nights and were out a lot so not an issue for us. Check in and out easy. Great location, small rooms but really well designed and good use of space. We only stayed for 4 nights and were out a lot so not an issue for us. Check in and out easy. Good amenities and nice pool area. Good selection of drinks round the pool and cocktails. It was my birthday on the day of arrival and we got a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a nice gesture as they noticed this themselves. We did however leave this as we unfortunately don’t drink wine. Breakfast - large offering, but we did only go one day of four. We just had one issue on our stay on the last day, where we asked for our usual pina colada, but to swap the rum, for vodka, something that we had had through the week lots of times and was never an issue. The barmaid on duty refused, stating it ‘wasn’t possible’, and didn’t believe me that we had had these during our stay, whilst asking the other barmaid to back her up in this not being possible to do. We wouldn’t have minded paying extra, but there were no resolutions offered. My partner then went to bar inside and asked for the same thing, which was served happily with no issue.

A lovely spotless hotel with a well designed room and spacious balcony and for a solo person - the room design was great. I went half board and breakfast was great - lots choice and fresh and lovely staff in restaurant. The dinners however but repetative and I was glad when it came to my last night of eating them. Housekeeping do excellent job of cleaning as hotel is faultless. Staff mostly lovely but a few are stand offish - particularly at the coffee and cake area - one girl is quite rude and unfair to name her but she shouldn't be in hospitality. I also noticed that you get treated bit more premium if you book direct with hotel. I booked as package but this was a expensive break so I am unsure why. When I checked in, I had to stand and wait almost 10 minutes and was offered self check in. I don't think self check in is great welcome after a travel so I waited but a seat offered would have been better. The couple in front was given a complimentary cocktail card as they seemed to have booked direct and nothing to me. Also on check out, the male on reception built zero rapport and not even "did you enjoy stay" or thank you and I wasn't given a voucher for 20% discount on next stay and others did. I did speak to female manager at end re the breakfast (I paid for breakfast on last day) and gave her feedback and she was really lovely and did hand me a 20% voucher. This is a great hotel but some staff need to really be better at engaging and friendly to make it 4 star ! Pool areas are so clean and peaceful
