Lovely hotel great location right beside everything,there are 3 pools we only found the last one on our last day ,we didn't use the main pool as it was always busy .We loved the walkway to the beach if you walk around the pathway at the back of the hotel it leads you straight to the beautiful beach although you need to go to the beach very early to get a spot ,although there are other lovely beaches around the area also .The rooms are average but spotless clean and couldn't fault them .There is plenty of places to get water ,so not having a fridge in the room didn't really matter ,Staff work very hard to keep the place clean.We were all inclusive we always found something to eat ,buffet has a good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner ,restaurant managers and staff work very hard and always found them very pleasant and friendly .Loved the wrist bands as you didn't have to worry about losing your room key, and you also had to use it when entering the all inclusive buffet ,so always had it to hand 😅.Most of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful ,just when we arrived the gentleman on reception was not so helpful with the self check in, ,,and as older ladies it took us awhile but thankfully we figured it out.Overall really great Hotel would definitely come back.

Location great, excellent staff, quick to help, we reported a leak, they were there and sorted it within 20 minutes there's a bit of wear and tear here and there including tiles missing in the pool but it's 3 star, it's clean. On the plus side your all inclusive wristband also let's you into your room and other sections of the hotel. I'd go again in a heartbeat. I'd not be able to go with my son (26 years old) he has a nut allergy and both buffet and snack area has peanuts and Bombay mix tubs on display.

4 night 3day stay July Start with positives. Fabulous location just two minutes to the beach and Crystal Clear water. Great location to walk into town. Cleaning and waiting staff very polite and worked very hard We spent three days at the beach so we did not use the pools at the hotel and every evening we went into town. The food was fine for a three star Hotel. We chose to sit outside, which was lovely. Unfortunately our first experience of this Hotel at check-in was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We arrived late evening after a long journey and had to queue for 40 minutes before being seen by a very surly gentleman his tone verged on condescending and despite having all our details could not progress our booking without a copy of a voucher if there had been signs in the lobby explaining the importance of the voucher this would’ve been to hand at check-in We were assigned a room 2036 and given very vague instructions as to where the room was located. Over a bridge through a gate despite our best efforts we could not find the room and upon returning to reception were again given more vague instructions, at no point did he indicate the room was on a lower ground floor. We eventually found the room down a steep set of stairs with no lift along a dimly lit damp smelling passageway When we entered the room we had been given a small double bed when we had requested two single beds. The room was dark in need of refurbishing in our opinion. The air-conditioning appeared not to be working. I returned to reception to ask if there was anything that could be done to be informed that our request for twin beds was written in the book and they were fully booked. I asked for additional bed linen. No I asked for a rollaway bed no. There were still guests to be checked in, but the gentleman was going off shift and was not prepared in any way to offer any solution other than to ask someone in the morning. The shower did not work properly and in the morning we discovered cigarette butts on the patio we did not sleep very well at all. After breakfast, we returned to reception and met a very nice lady who agreed to move us to a twin room on the second floor where the air-conditioning worked and the shower worked. This room was light bright and airy. In our opinion we were given one of the worst tired rooms in the hotel to start with. This did impact our Holiday because we got very little sleep the first night. Our advice would be check the location and what room and type you’ve been allocated before leaving reception. I would ask that the reception staff think about the journeys their new guests have taken to get to the hotel. And that good customer service and a smile goes a long way….
