Honest review! Transfer from airport was an hour, hotel was very clean and pool area was really good for young ones. Had a play area, small pool with three slides for kids as well as two other pools for adults. Also loads of sun beds, even when all poolside ones were in use there were spares. Room was cleaned daily and provided a balcony, dining area and two bedrooms. Food was nice and a good selection, as well as snacks through the day at the water park. The water park next door was amazing and free to use to all inclusive residents. Local shops and bars were all in walking distance. The only negatives I have are these. 1, not a massive drinks menu before you have to start paying, 2, the entertainment was hit and miss but more hit than miss. The staff in the hotel were lovely and kids club available. Overall really nice holiday, would recommend, didn’t see any problems that some reviews portrayed.

Well what can I say apart from best holiday ever. The staff are incredible the food was amazing so much variety. We had fresh bedding and towels everyday. The entertainment is awesome for kids and doesn't go on till daft o'clock. Midnight was perfect. The hotel is so clean. The staff in the restaurant are phenomenal especially Nuria she was unbelievable. We loved it that much we are booking for next year. Would not change a thing. 10 mins walk to the beach where you can snorkel makes use you take maderia cake the fish love it. Supermarkets are all around so easy to get water etc. The waterpark was amazing no lobg queues and the staff were great and bar food was fab. Literally can't fault anything.

“Great hotel for young families”

This hotel was our base for a large family group of 17. From grandkids through to grandparents. We had a great time. Staff friendly, hotel clean. Lots for kids to do, plenty of food choices. This hotel was our base for a large family group of 17. From grandkids through to grandparents. We had a great time. Staff friendly, hotel clean. Lots for kids to do, plenty of food choices. Nightime entertainment was very good. Waterpark across road is excellent addition to the all inclusive hotel package. Some great coves for snorkeling all in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

First solo holiday with a toddler. The hotel was very clean the staff were nice and professional and willing to help. The rooms are quite small but big enough for just us. There are not many sun lounger wars so you will always find a sun lounger round one of the pools. One big problem I found was the room doors slamming so loud shut. You couldn’t hear any noise in the rooms next door but some of the doors slammed shut so loud it shoots you out of bed. It constantly woke my child up this would happen most of the night up until 1am and early the next morning which resulted in not great sleep all week. I understand fire doors are a must but some of these were ridiculous and made the stay really uncomfortable. Food - I am not a fussy eater so found there were enough options for myself. The children’s options were poor. Only really 2 options and some meal times there was nothing my child would eat. The staff were helpful and provided me with bread and Jam to make a sandwich for my child. But overall I feel the children’s options could be greatly improved. Drink - I wasn’t drinking much but the cocktails included weren’t great, not a big selection. Bottled water is charged but they do have water dispensers available to fill your own bottles. Only ever one person on the bar so large queues to get drinks. Waterpark - a great waterpark, we didn’t use most of it due to my child being young but looked fun, the food was good here too and is Included in the AI. A few bars and restaurants around within walking distance of the hotel. The entertainment team were brilliant with children and had crafts and some indoor activities running at times. Overall had a lovely stay, felt safe and comfortable being alone with a child massive downfall was the loudness of the room doors slamming consistently through the night and the food for children.
