“Pretty complex for families and retired.”

My friend and I have recently returned from a weeks holiday at this lovely complex.we are both retired and the only fault we could find was the lack of a hairdryer.Why have a refurbished bathroom with no hairdryer? Our apartment was fine,huge balcony and so very clean(as was the whole complex) We booked bed and breakfast,and I am glad we did this,very good personal service.We often ate in the snack during the day, the food was plentiful and certainly not overpriced, drinks too were cheap.There was a lifeguard on the pool every day, I would recommend this as a family location.

“Clean, spacious accommodation in a lovely area”

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay here, my only complaint is the noise. When there was entertainment it was very loud in the room. Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay here, my only complaint is the noise. When there was entertainment it was very loud in the room. The walls are paper thin and the people above loved moving their furniture around day and night. I’m glad I took earplugs! On the plus side we loved the location with easy walks to the beach, the bus stops, lots of shops and places to eat and Aldi for all your shopping and they have a nice bakery. The apartment was a decent size and spotless and we loved having Netflix on our tv if we fancied a rest. I hired a fan from reception as the air con didn’t do much for the bedroom but the living area was well chilled. Staff are friendly, especially Julie on reception who is an asset to this place. We visited Porto cristo on the bus and went in the caves (worth doing and easy to do), we also hired bikes and cycled to Cala bona. The Sundeck, a 10 minute walk away, do the best Sunday roast. We would return but would request a top floor room

Nice rooms entertainment most nights, although it's not that far from the main strip, for more bars etc good food breakfast is good value and sets you up for the day. Staff very helpful and attentive

Had a great 4 days with friends at Cristina apartments in mid October 2025 Plus points Hotel in a lovely quiet location and although I was a little wary about how far out they were I need not have worried , it was only 5-10 minutes to the Main Street. (Aldi only a 5 min walk away too ). On entering the hotel the reception was spotless as were all the communal areas. We ate in the snack bar and the food was always lovely and reasonably priced. Pool area was lovely too and we always got a sun lounger although we did go mid October. All the staff were lovely and friendly too. Minus points Cleanliness of our apartment. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and our 5th bed was in the living which is not ideal when we were 5 women 40s-60s. There must be different size 2 bed apartments as previous reviews I read said the additional bed was in the bedroom. We had an issue with ants in the living and also small beetles in one of the bedrooms that were crawling up the wardrobe area into the shelves where our clothes were. Also the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the shower base was like walking on a bouncy castle. Information in reception says rooms are cleaned 5 days a week with towels being changed 3 times a week and sheets 2 times . However we are yet to see a maid. We stayed Sunday - Thursday and were advised the only day the maid wouldn’t be in was on Wednesday. On Tuesday I had to go to reception to ask for more toilet roll and fresh towels and was advised the maid would be in that day. On returning to the room later we did find new toilet rolls and new towels ( they hadn’t taken the old towels away) but it was obvious the apartment hadn’t been cleaned , the bathroom floor was still wet, the bin hadn’t been emptied, balcony not swept and the beds had not been made. Whilst I can live with sheets not been changed nor made I would at least expect the bin to be emptied and the floor swept -I can only imagine that this lack of cleanliness does not help the issues of ants and beetles. We didn’t report the insect infestation to reception which in hindsight we should have. The apartments are very dated but I would still except a level of cleanliness.
