We booked via love holidays 1 adult, 1 child, 1 luggage and coach transfer and paid £1650 - May 23rd to June 2nd. Transfers - the coach takes about 1.5hours but its a really pleasant journey and you get to see a lot on the way so I'd definitely take that option again Hotel - It is massive but not an ugly block tower lots of little buildings scattered around - this does mean some can be a little walk to the main block so check your room number. upon arrival we were given room 800 something but it was too far for my son to walk as he's disabled - sadly love holidays did not message the hotel as agreed but the hotel were fab. We had to wait about an hour longer to check in but were given a disabled room right next to the main complex. Rooms - we were in 202 which is super close. Rooms are really big, the only thing I think could be improved is that the rooms should have a kettle and draining board or tea towel as its made washing up dishes a bit of a mare. if you are disabled I would be very careful with the shower - you'll need extra towels to make a border otherwise no matter how you do it, the shower floods the bathroom and goes into the hall way making it very wet and dangerous ( pic attached). Cleaning - our room was cleaned twice in a week with new bedsheets and towels. The cleaning is not actually cleaning, its just changing of beds and our room was only swept once in a week so I did have to nab the broom a few times as we were frequent beach visitors! Our room was not touched on the 2nd to last day which was a bit sad of them to do. The hotel is so tidy, no rubbish, all leaves picked up in the mornings and pools cleaned- super clean!!! The hotel is a non smoking hotel which I totally loved!!!! you have to go out the side gate to smoke which is only 2 seconds from the bar but I think that's a lovely touch especially when all the children around. Well done for this!! Food - lost of options. Breakfast has the standard fry up options, a cold meat /cheese selection, lots of fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads and a small selection of pastries (usually three). Lunch was a good mix of meat, fish and veg with the salad bar and lots of cakes. Dinners were really good, you had regular options of beige foods for the kids, a special option each night such as a grill, handmade sushi station, cheese wheel pasta (booba cheese if you have kids!!) and so on. My son and I loved the food options. At the pool bar you have a slush machine, ice cream machine, little muffins, fruit and biscuits, hot dogs, cheeses, hams and rolls which you help yourself to. Entertainment - kids club during the day which also included water games in the shallow kids pool - we didn't use this but it did look like lots of fun. The evening consisted of a cute little chairs for the kids to sit and watch a couple of short episodes of cartoons, a kids disco and then the main entertainment. This was a magic show, mr muscle man, circus sort of themed show, big disco, salsa night and a music evening. My only gripe about this was that on the Sunday is the entertainment teams night off (totally understandable) but this meant no little chairs for kids, no programme, no disco and just straight into the salsa dancing which was beautiful but a lot of parents did not control their children and allowed them on stage when the ladies were dancing - it was really disrespectful so someone from the hotel managing this would have been ideal! Pools - so you have a baby pool, a big pool and the kids pool. We spent all week at the kids pool which had slides, splash zone and its fab!!! If you cross the road to the hotels fountain area you'll find a mini beach with lots of toys, little park area, squash area and more sun beds to relax on. In the evening the foundations have lots of beautiful colours on display and its truly stunning. Location - it is a straight walk to the beach / shops with no steps etc so easy for pram users. I pushed my son in his pram and it took maybe 10 minutes so very easy. The beach is beautiful and if you are lucky you'll find some crabs like we did. Beach is a non smoking beach. We did the fish foot spa - kids is 5 euros for 5 mins which is perfect. We also ate at the Migjorn restaurant - this was without a doubt the best priced place for seafood (trust me I walked the entire stipe comparing menus lol) and the servicv was lovely! Staff - they were fantastic!! Really helpful, happy and just made our holiday lovely. My only gripe of staff member was Michelle on the bar as she mocked my pronunciation when I tried to say a drink in Spanish, she was lovely to the people in front of me - smiles and all and then when it was my turn she's fix bottles or stack cups before acknowledging me and then always acted like she hadn't understood me, even when I asked for Aqua! I genuinely felt a bit awkward when she was the only one serving and if there were more servers, I'd purposely go to someone else. Its a shame someone can be that way when you work in hospitality however I must say, it was only her that made me feel this way. Everyone else was fab!!! This was my first solo holiday with my autistic son and I would highly recommend it to anyone !! This hotel is not 3 stars and definitely deserves more stars. “Great value for money”

Second time here and we (me & my wife) really like this hotel. Nice and quiet location, nice atmosphere. Almost no disturbing noises. The rooms are spacious (we had two balconies) and great for a week's stay. We had all inclusive and think this hotel provides very good value for money. Of course, you have to keep in mind this hotel is not a 5-star one, but we still think it has everything we need. Nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness. The staff is very nice and service-oriented which we really appreciate. We are very satisfied.

The hotel and surroundings are lovely and location is very good. It is easy to walk to the seafront and the shopping & restaurant streets of Cala Millie. The room and surroundings were tidy and very well taken care of. It is easy to find car parking and the staff were super helpful. The only thing that lets the place down was the food. We have stayed in mid-price range hotels before (last summer Ferrer Lime Isabel in Cala Bona) where the food quality and range have been much better. The food was very catered for the German guests and often as vegetarians we were left to eat chips and salads. Also the food markings need to be improved , it was hard to tell what food had meat/fish/chicken. Also it seemed a bit odd that all the drinks in the pool bar were served from paper cups and you had to separately ask for plastic ones. There was a ban (which is good!) on filling up your own bottles from the machines but no one seemed to be reinforcing it. There were lots and lots of people doing it - which is not good for hygiene so maybe the staff could be asked to pay attention to this. However, I would warmly recommend the hotel for a family holiday as the hotel has a very relaxed, friendly feeling and value for money.
