Absolutely loved it here. Beautiful hotel, pool with the bubble was a huge hit with the kids. We came in April, it was mostly warm and sunny but we had a couple of rainy days. Though the indoor pool, game room and entertainment was enough to keep us all occupied.the staff are so friendly, food was a bit typical of an all inclusive but there was so much variety for all of the family. We will definitely come back!

Stayed here for 4 days with my son and couldn't ask for anything better on arrival we were greeted by a friendly lady on reception who explained everything with elegance and politeness and was given the key to room 1109 at the front of the hotel were we could see the sea slightly but lovely view and no noise from the road as slightly set back.We stayed all inclusive and couldn't fault the food and the a la carte is well worth booking.All the staff ranging from reception, food and bar area's we all very friendly and polite all on all a well worth hotel to stay at and relax and 5 stars

We booked the hotel via TUI as an all‑inclusive package holiday for a week over the Easter holidays. We had a fantastic experience with the hotel. We arrived late after a two‑hour delay with Ryanair from Shannon Airport. The bus was there to collect us, and we arrived at the hotel at about 1am, where we were checked in. All food service had finished, so we were shown to our room. We decided to get some snacks from the vending machine, but there wasn’t much in it. The night reception porter kindly got us some bottled water and pre‑made sandwiches, which was greatly appreciated as we hadn’t eaten since 5pm. Our apartment was perfect — clean and newly renovated, with smart TVs that provided all the information you need about the hotel, including menus and services, as well as all the English‑language TV you could expect and more. The food was very, very good, with dinner menus changing nightly. You could get anything from beef Wellington to tacos. There was a great selection to suit all tastes. Breakfast was largely the same every day, but lunch changed daily. All the food was very tasty. A couple of small points: the “bacon” was quite rubbery and nothing like actual streaky or back bacon. I’ve had this in another Spanish hotel before, so maybe it’s just what is commonly used there — like chewing rubber. There was also a lamb doner kebab option, but they didn’t have the doner bread, so it was just served on a plate. The staff were excellent — all very friendly and helpful. The standout staff for us were the floor staff in the bar/lounge. Probably the best service we’ve had in many years. Another standout was the TUI entertainment team — friendly, helpful, and full of energy. They were great with both children and adults and kept everything running smoothly. A special thanks to Ainhoa from bilbao. She definitely deserve an Employee of the Month award or similar. Thanks all for the great week.

“Definitely not a 4 star plus !”

Rooms and service are ok. Entertainment is good but the food is average at best. Selection is average. Soup was burnt one day ! For self catering it would be ideal. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by along the sea front.
