From the minute you are greeted by the receptionists at this fabulous hotel, you know you are going to enjoy your stay. Rooms are well equipped, dining room and patio area have fabulous views. There are more than enough sun beds for everyone, both on the patio and at the lovely poolside area. We stayed all inclusive - and have no complaints whatsoever. I don’t think there was ANYTHING that wasn’t available to eat - the choice was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the roast pork with crackling!! It just fell apart. I do have mobility issues, and struggled to get into the walk in pool without a bar to hold on to, however, this was no problem, as the wonderful life guard was there to help me in, and then watched for me to come out, and was there and waiting to assist me with a hand. 5* to him. We will definitely return - and recommend highly.

“Not a 4* hotel”

This hotels is surrounded by stunning scenery. Lovely to be greeted with a glass of cava at check-in. We went for 5 nights and are glad we did not stay for any longer. There is very little to do or explore locally, a couple of small supermarkets and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is a big complex and there was plenty of choice for sunbeds, facing the sea on floor 0, the pool on floor 1 or the plunge pool area on floor 4. The sunbeds were not very clean and neither were the pools, pieces of the tiled floor often loose or left on the poolside by others. The drinks are what you expect for a Spanish all inclusive however we have had much better at other 4* hotels in Majorca. The food was really varied, breakfast was ok (hash browns really nice!), dinner was often nice with good variety of choice however tea was often disappointing, one night particular was awful with uncooked food such as the ‘chicken’ stir fry, prawn stir fry and slimy salmon. My husband had 3 pieces of raw meat from 3 separate dishes. The room was specious and modern with plenty of storage space for a 5 night stay. The bathroom was quite unkempt and the shower would flood out within the broken sealant and be all over the bathroom floor causing a slip risk. There are goats that visit during evening meal time, a lot of people seemed to like this however sitting outside having to watch your food constantly so it wasn’t stolen, having them empty their bowels next to you as you eat and watching people feed them off the restaurant plates and bowls was quite off putting. If it wasn’t for the beautiful views here, we would have really struggled to enjoy this holiday unfortunately.

Location was gorgeous. Very picturesque. Was very relaxed, no battle for sunbeds. Loads still available at 11am. Not a lot going on outside the hotel, would need a bus or taxi into Alcudia for any nightlife. Rooms - clean, decent bathroom and shower. Beds were made rather than changed, and storage was very limited. Air Con was virtually non existent. I took a small hand fan to help at night and left it plugged in on charge. All Inclusive is a bit misleading. Any snacks from the snack bar, ice creams or decent alcohol has to be paid for. Food - lots of fish and questionable casseroles, goulash, beef stew was recycled most nights. Pasta a few nights, chips every night! Good selection of salads and breads thankfully. We found breakfast (omelettes were amazing) really good, as was lunch. Could all have done with being a bit warmer! Entertainment was virtually non existent in the evenings, so we went to bed and watched the one English speaking channel, BBC1. Sea was lovely and warm. Top tip - but some little beach/sea shoes. Is a bit rocky and slippy to get in and out. Look out for jellyfish! My husband got stung - didn’t see the thing! Several people were victims to them. Goats in the evening were great! They wandered in from the mountains in the evening and loved the white melon! Eat indoors if you don’t want to be pestered. Don’t forget the Tourist Tax! €23:10 per person. The pool is lovely and warm. Accessed via the first floor - or by a gate on the side for which you need a room card. Sunbeds there go very quickly. You get a token per person which you exchange for one drink each. You take your empty plastic cup back and exchange for another drink. At the end of the day - you hand in your cup and get your token back. Did we enjoy our holiday? Yes. We did. Would we return to this hotel? Unlikely - due to the air con and food situation.
