Visited this resort July 2026 and couldn't find any faults. There is a huge food and drink variety and no watered down drinks! Rooms and resort very clean throughout. Amazing views from bar/ rooms and great places to sit and have a drink. There is good entertainment. The beaches near by are peaceful and pretty. Would recommend!

A stunning picturesque location! The staff we friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff were some of the most engaged, energetic and friendliest team I have encountered at a resort. They were on-it from 10am - 10pm putting on games for adults and children. The evening entertainment was superb! The hotel its self was clean with lots of seating and bars and locations to grab a snack. The food was amazing with a wide variety of choice. In our group we had some picky eaters, but there was always something to satisfy them so 5/5 on this front. However. not everything was included in the all inclusive! At some bars cocktails were not included. You either had to pay for them to walk to another bar across the resort to get a cocktail. Iced coffees required payment along with signature cocktails, premium dinks and ice-creams. Sunbeds were questionable. We were informed via email (before arriving) and as we arrived there was a 'strict' policy in place that sunbeds could not be reserved and the lifeguards were under instruction to remove any towels if the beds were un occupied for more than 15 minutes. We arrived late on our first day, so we a little later going down to the pool the next day (9am) and all the sunbeds had gone. There seemed to many 'reserved' and not being used. We then joined the rest of them unfortunately resorting to getting up early and reserving our beds. We were at the pool (by 9:30am and pool opened at 10am) and these were in use the whole day. On 2 occasions we saw the lifeguards remove towels and leave a notes, however this was on day 4 and 6 only of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, however...they aircon was questionable! There was no option to turn the aircon up or down. Across our party we had three rooms (2 single and one family room in the 'My Favourites Club') In one of the single rooms, we needed to request maintenance to look at the aircon as it just wasn't working. To be fair within 2 days a new part was fitted, however those 2 days we very hot when trying to sleep and get some rest bite. In the family room, multiple requests were made for the aircon to be looked at over the duration of the stay. Maintenance arrived on the last day. Even in the room were the aircon was 'ok' it wasn't enough. Packing to come home or getting ready to go out, you found yourself sweating...in the aircon. Finally on the last day, we were unable to secure late checkout. Our transfer was not arriving until 7:15pm and checkout was at 12pm. Upon checking out we were told we could store our luggage and book into the shower rooms which was great. However our all inclusive bands were cut off so we were unable to have lunch, tea, snacks and drinks unless we paid 25 euros each. The frustrating things is, on our first day we did not arrive until midnight. Our all inclusive had started 12 hours before in which we were not able to use (as we were not there) surely this works both ways? - We were very frustrated with this! Overall we had a fab holiday but unfortunately most likely wont be returning.

A lovely clean hotel that has a feel of luxury. Sadly quite a way from the airport. Food was OK although salad and cold foods could have been colder. Some customer friction in the use of tokens to get a cup for a drink during the day - an unusual process for an All Inclusive hotel. The snack bars closed 1-3 and that doesn’t really work. More self service would be better both for guests and staff I suspect.

The views around the whole hotel are stunning. We stayed in a family room 2 parents and 2 children. The air con barely worked. You could feel it when you first walked into the room then you felt nothing so night times were horrible. Complained several times and they came at 11:30 on the day we were leaving to fix it. There’s no other air con around the hotel in the lobbies or bar areas so evenings were just sweaty and pretty unbearable. This kinda spoiled the holiday. The food was actually decent quality and nice. The desserts were nice too. Food was quite repetitive but it was decent. You have to pay for better drinks and spirits. On your last day if you have a night flight you get your all inclusive wrist band cut off on checkout at midday and they will want €25 per adult and €12.5 per child to use the all inclusive for the rest of the time you’re there unless you upgrade to the vip when you’re there anyway. You have to be up around 6-7am to get a poolside sunbed otherwise forget it. The pool is really nice but the lifeguards are terrible really. They’re also giving out towels and don’t seem to watch the pool like they should. Both the pools are quite deep so very small children need to be aware and the small pools are literally about 8inches deep. The lifts are super slow so I used the stairs most of the time. I was on level 4 so it wasn’t an issue but there’s 12 levels on one of the blocks and 9 on the other. The entertainment team were really good , fun and engaging. We had a nice holiday but by the end of the week I couldn’t wait to get away from the heat. And it wasn’t just the sun it was the lack of AC everywhere.
