1st things 1st don't take to much notice of the bad reviews, yes the rooms are a little basic, but every thing works, and it is properly cleaned everyday. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my 3 year old boy from the 11th of May, and we loved it. Yes it was a little stressful at times with the kid but also worth every second plus that's not the hotels fault. Food slightly repetitive, but you definitely will not starve as the restaurant is open from about 9am till 11pm i think, with just 30 minute breaks between services. Bar staff were unbelievable and made me feel like a friend not a customer. And they also were extremely good with my boy even after a hard days work they'd still mess and play with him. Entertainment staff were also incredible and not just with the kids but for the adults too. The have kids club everyday from 10am to 1.30pm where they will have little fun games for them to earn rewards to collect later on at the disco. Also they have competitions for the adults all through the day for them to compete and earn their own rewards later on at the disco too. I don't know where they find the energy to work how hard they do everyday. The do face painting, donkey rides, t-shirt painting which you do pay for, but i think for how hard they work they deserve every penny they make. Late night disco is good, but the kids disco could be a little longer before the main show, especially when a lot of time is taken away by the long queues for the photo opportunities at the end of certain shows. The hotel is located a little bit away from things, but its about 5 minutes in a taxi, also the hotel run a free mini bus till i think 6.30pm. Yes it can be a pain if there are big queues to get to the town or back home, but they run frequently all day. But having a kid it was nice not having the loud night life outside till stupid hours in the morning. The beach is beautiful and there is a good few excursions to go on. I would honestly love to go back here next year. And also want to thank everyone who made our holiday special.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved. The positives: * The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout. * There is a great selection of pools, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. * Staff are polite, friendly, and easy to deal with. * The entertainment is enjoyable, although if you’re staying for more than a week it can become quite repetitive. * Ice cream is available 24/7, which is a nice touch. * There is a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. * The atmosphere is very inclusive, and the other guests were generally friendly and welcoming. * The nearby beach, Cala Domingos, is beautiful and well worth visiting. * The hotel offers good value for money, although it feels more like a basic 3-star experience than a higher-end all-inclusive resort. The negatives: * The food selection is quite repetitive and can become monotonous during a longer stay. * There are several rules that can feel restrictive, such as the no sunbed reservation policy and being expected to keep the same drinks cup throughout your stay (although clean replacements are available on request). * Drinks are not available until 8am, including tea and coffee, which may be inconvenient for early risers. * Breakfast starts relatively late in the morning. * The rooms lack some basic facilities such as a fridge and kettle, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the friendly staff, clean surroundings, excellent pool areas, and beautiful beach location. However, improvements to the food variety and in-room facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience.
