We stayed at the Zafiro Palace Andratx for nine nights in July, travelling with our two young children, and it was our first time visiting Majorca. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the right decision. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Camp de Mar surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Our rooms were absolutely lovely, clean, and spacious, and the children especially loved the jacuzzi on the balcony! Though we originally booked a bed and breakfast package through our tour operator, we decided to upgrade to all-inclusive upon arrival based on the excellent reviews of the restaurants—and we are so glad we did. The food was fantastic, with wonderful varied lunchtime options by the pool, and while all the restaurants were great, the steakhouse was our absolute favourite. Even the quality of the wine on the all-inclusive package was excellent. The resort layout is excellent; the pools are absolutely stunning, and we could always find available sunbeds near the water without any hassle. My youngest daughter also went to the kids' club for a couple of days and had a wonderful time participating in fun activities like t-shirt painting and making clay keyrings. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service and staff. When my youngest daughter developed a heat rash, Eva went completely above and beyond to help us. We also loved chatting with Sandra at the pool bar, who made us feel so welcome. Later in the trip, my daughter's finger got a bug bite that became infected; the hotel staff acted incredibly fast and immediately arranged for an on-call doctor to come out and sort it, which was a huge relief, and there is a handy pharmacy located very close to the hotel too. We loved our experience so much that as soon as we got home, we booked another stay directly with the hotel for the end of August. We are so excited to return and highly recommend this hotel to any families visiting Majorca!

“Indulgent Escape!”

Myself and my husband booked this hotel for a quiet and quality week away and that is exactly what we got. Myself and my husband booked this hotel for a quiet and quality week away and that is exactly what we got. We booked the penthouse suite with club access and I would say that it was definitely worth paying the extra. Although there were lovely areas (and sun-beds) available around all of the pools. Staff were friendly and professional; always happy to assist! Pedro, our concierge was exceptional; he helped with all our enquiries and bookings (just a WhatsApp away!). Waiter service around the club pool everyday was great - thank you Paco!! Food was really good, although it was really hot (35 degree’s) when we were there so I don’t feel that we appreciated the food experience as much as we normally would do (heat = not much appetite). Rooms were absolutely spotless with Jo Loves toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely treats bought to our room every evening; cookies, chocolates, fruits, cheese…plus a fully inclusive mini bar, bottle of gin, red wine and prosecco - all in your room! A few of the other guests that we spoke to commented that it was too quiet (especially at night) and yes it was quiet but that was the exact reason we booked it. This hotel delivers exactly was it says on the tin! Would we return?? Yes we would!!

Just spent 2 weeks there for our honeymoon, Great location, 30 mins from airport. We were all inclusive so didn’t leave the hotel complex much. Check in was smooth, we used the book in system via the app which I’m sure helped. Luggage was taken up to our room by one of the staff who also pointed out where the restaurant etc are which was really useful. Our room was a junior penthouse suite with a plunge pool in block 4, amazing views over the bay. The room itself was quiet (no noise from other rooms) well laid out equipped with a hair drier, clothes steamer, etc, well stocked mini bar which was really cold and an absolutely huge bed. Housekeeping was brilliant the room was always well cleaned and sheets changed daily. Aircon was effective (as long as the balcony door is closed ) and easy use Room leads out onto a spacious balcony with stairs up to the sun deck and plunge pool. Sun deck was amazing with plenty of space to move in and out of the sun (word of warning, leave a note on the inside of the door where the cleaner can see it or you could get locked on the balcony, happened to us twice, good job we had a fully charged Phone ha, ha) The grounds dining spaces etc were all immaculate Most of the restaurants and gym etc are located in 1 central block which is really useful (lifts are available if needed) We tried all of the restaurants including the buffet and the food was of a very high standard everywhere we ate ( including room service ) Every member of staff we met was very polite, friendly and took genuine pride in their work. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing quality break
