The hotels location is brilliant - right near the beach and harbour and surrounding bars, restaurants. etc... The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but were ok - the only downside is that the walls are thin you can get a lot of noise from other guests at times. For value I thought it was very good and the cleaning staff do a very good job. There is a gym in the hotel if that's your thing. Would stay again if using the resort.

Really lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, shout out to the lovely omelette guy, fairly good choice for tea (im from Yorkshire) haha. Good that they have all vegetarian food labelled. They don't do decaf from the machine but if you ask they have some sachets if needed. All the staff are so friendly.… more

The view is amazing ( apart from when they cleared the seaweed and dumped it in front of the hotel for 3 days). Lovely sun terrace on floor 1. Just needs more parasols. Nice pool, a bit cold but refreshing, the floor gets extremely hot though around it. You could always get a sun bed late afternoon. Disappointed in the entertainment, maybe because of the world cup but i was here 10 days and on the Wednesday the piano man was brilliant but the Saturday should have been Bruno Mars trio but this guy just starts singing Caribbean music, was so boring. Loads of people stood up and left. What happened to Bruno Mars?? Shame because the drinks are cheaper in the hotel than in town. They also do snacks but ask for the menu as they dont put them out on the tables and a coffee and cake deal on afternoon's for 4.95. We went to the chocolate bar on the front, they have some good entertainment every night around 9.30 ish, gets very busy, drinks are pricey though (happy hour 7.45 til 8.45). The London bar serves the best sangria and at 5.80 was very reasonable and they do different lagers and even bitter if your fed up of San Miguel. Boat trips from the harbour. Good supermarket at the top of the hill (facing the bus stop) much cheaper than spa and the Dino one. Good bus service, tap on and off, much cheaper than paying cash. Just avoid the alcudia old town Market as the bus back is an absolute joke, people pushing in. We waited an hour to finally get a bus and the same market is outside the hotel on Fridays. Was sad to leave that beautiful view. Met some lovely people. Thank you for a lovely stay 🏖

We booked directly with the hotel as the rooms with terraces were only available this way - it meant my autistic daughter would not become anxious in locating a sunbed at the pool. Imagine our disappointment that these do not get the sun until mid afternoon. The pool is also mainly in shade , and beds are reserved by guests with towels from first thing. The only remaining option to sunbathe was to hire a sunbed on the beach at 21 euros a day . On arrival we hired a kettle but had to try locate a spoon and buy milk so we could have a hot drink after our late arrival . The room was clean and tidy , but all furnishings are mismatched , toilet roll was never topped up and had to ask twice at reception. Staff in the restaurant and the bar are to be commenced for being friendly and professional. However our first evening meal was delayed as we were left walking around trying to find a table . The food was ok at breakfast time with all diets catered for . But the evening meal was fair at best - many snack options but limited meats to make an actual meal , and few main dishes . I also disagree that water is charged - most hotels offer filtered water freely to discourage plastic use , and could be adopted here instead of having to go to supermarkets to purchase drinks and water for rooms . A family would have a greater additional cost just for soft drinks with their meal. We ended up eating out for a greater variety which added to our costs. Sadly a disappointing stay which could have been so different with a few tweaks and more honestly about the rooms . Management were informed during our stay but were unable to help. Whilst the location is enviable , the points I have experienced make it an expensive stay in an average hotel .
