What a fantastic place! My husband and I loved every moment at the Can Simoneta. The location is spectacular (and convenient) very secluded and private on an island where it gets very busy by the coast; coastal views, a lovely swimming pool and a great restaurant. The breakfast is out of this world - so many options, healthy and indulgent; one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. The in-house restaurant was the best restaurant we ate at during our 2 week stay on the island - the sister hotel has a restaurant and we were (ironically) served the exact same fish course over there, and the food at the Can Simoneta was much better. Another thing that stands out at this hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to make guests comfortable, without being in your face. My husband brought his bike and he was offered a place to store it and got help with a repair. I got to use a free eBike that I rode to Arta and it was splendid. Somehow, I broke the front light and the hotel told me not to worry about it. One night, it was cool and a bit rainy, we asked to eat outside under a patio and the restaurant made it happen and put a heater on for us. What could be improved? We made the mistake to book the standard room (quite small; not enough room for our luggage; no balcony or outdoor area), and when we come back, we will definitely upgrade to a suite outside the main building, closer to the coastline; those also include a private lanai with beach chairs etc. There are "hot tubs" but they didn't seem heated to a high enough temperature and looked very small, so we never used one. We had a massage at the spa that was fabulous. Didn't use the gym but it looks fabulous in the "woods". I very much hope to return in the future! Thank you wonderful staff!

“The best hotel I’ve been to for a while”

Absolutely amazing. It’s my favorite place in Mallorca. The views are unmatched and the food is insane. The best I’ve ever had at any hotel and I’ve travelled a lot! Book it.

“Two Days, Three Rooms, Still Waiting for Our Junior Suite.”

We are giving this property 3 stars and not less only because of the staff, who have been polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help us throughout this situation. We travel extensively around the world and rarely encounter problems like this. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was essentially in the basement. Back home, spaces like that are usually used to store wine and pickles, not to accommodate guests. It was completely different from what is shown in the photos on the website. Last night, we were moved to a better room, but only for one night, which meant we could not properly unpack our luggage. Today, we were offered another room, this time in what feels like an attic, together with sincere apologies from the hotel staff. We booked and paid for a Junior Suite, yet none of the rooms offered so far have matched the photos or expectations created by the hotel’s website. After two days, we are still living out of our suitcases and moving from room to room instead of enjoying our stay. We sincerely hope this situation will be resolved today and that we will finally receive the Junior Suite accommodation that we booked and paid for. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and far below the standard we expected.
