“Outstanding Hotel !”
Had an outstanding stay with Faustino Gran Was only there for 4 days, but had an amazing time with my family. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding, and extremely helpful at all times. The hotel room we had was perfect for us. Will be coming back next year

Elegant hotel that is centrally located in Ciutadella. We loved this hotel and the only downside was the limited sun loungers with some guests leaving their towels down and then leaving for hours. “Over promises/ under delivers”
Could be a five star but over promises on rooms and country club and under delivers. I booked a deluxe room direct with Relais and Chateau and had to complain about being given a standard double.
