My husband and I had a very relaxing break (3 nights) here. We walked out the hotel and right every evening after dinner to walk towards the port as the sun set and then enjoyed the night markets and music, topped off with a drink on the terrace afterwards. Bar service throughout the day and reception were great, pool was warm, room was clean and spacious (very lucky to be upgraded on arrival). We didn’t reserve our sun beds with towels or leave them on it but many did which was frustrating - this was the only point of annoyance but it wasn’t the hotels fault. We’d happily return and, for the peak time, we felt it was good value for money.

Just got back lovely hotel spotless clean all the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful the only thing I would say is there were a lot more younger children this time Tui advertised it as ideal for couples but you can book though jet 2 and direct though the hotels website they let any age in so you have no control who is going to be there?? This caused it hard to swim in the pool because of children playing ball games etc there was no problem getting a sun bed overall we had a lovely holiday

We had a fantastic stay overall and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were lovely, everything was clean and well maintained, and the pool area is stunning. The only thing that stopped it from being a perfect stay was the atmosphere. Although the pool area is gorgeous, it felt very quiet and lacked any real ambience. We found it difficult to spend much time there during the day because it felt a little flat. Even some low-level background music around the pool would make a huge difference and create a much more enjoyable, relaxing vibe. We’re also keen gym users, and the gym was a little disappointing. It’s only really large enough for a handful of people. We were a group of five, and when other guests were already using it, it became overcrowded very quickly. We often had to queue for equipment, and there wasn’t enough free floor space to use the exercise mats for bodyweight workouts. Adding some background music here would also improve the experience. These are relatively small points, and we genuinely had a wonderful holiday. With a little more atmosphere around the pool and some improvements to the gym, this hotel would be exceptional.

Both my wife and I saw this hotel 2025 , and based on the reviews we decided To book the last week in June . After a short pleasant flight from EastMids , we arrived at the Seth Port ,we had to walk about 500 meters to the hotel because of the St Joan festival. We checked in at reception and very quickly got to our room ( 111 ) ,the room itself was quite large ,big flat screen tv ,air con and a fan ,refrigerator, large shower room , the balcony was ok but overlooked a side street and the bins from the hotel with a partial view of the sea . After unpacking we decided to go for a walk and find somewhere to eat in Ciutadella only to find out that a festival for St Joan meant that nowhere was open a the following day was a bank holiday .The hotel itself was spotless and the staff really helpful, no problem getting sun beds ,the pool was pleasantly warm ( even my wife went in) ,the bar area was good inside and out and drink prices reasonable. The restaurant and dining area inside and outside was ok with air conditioning inside , breakfast was as expected ,cereals ,fruit, continental or English with fresh fried eggs and omelettes, 2 coffee machines and a choice of juices ,evening meal was very good with a choice of cold or hot with also some chefs cooking fish ,pork,steak,beef etc . The only thing that lets this hotel down is that there is not a lot near the hotel ,within 400 meters either way was 2 pitza places or a hotel that serves drinks and food ,and a couple of supermarkets . Ciutadella it’s self was a nice place to visit but it’s about a 25 minute walk and in temperatures in the late 30 s it was not pleasant . We have already made our minds up about going back to Menorca and we are going to book a hotel near to Mahon where there is more to do .
