“Good value hidden gem”

We booked on the hotel website and joined for further discounts. We were able to book a room with a sea view for a small addition to the cost. It was lovely. We were on the 9th floor with beautiful views of the bay. The room was very nice, clean and in good repair. The bathroom was lovely and very clean. Plenty of towels and shower gel in the shower and handsoap. The beds are on the firm side and this was the only negative for me but my partner found the bed comfortable. I used some blankets under the sheet as a bit of padding. The location is superb. Situated about 5 mins walk from the beach and a long stretch of restaurants and shops. There is also a very handy supermarket only 2 mins across the road. Our visit was in April at the beginning of the season and the hotel was busy but not full. We found it peaceful. An all morning brunch was very welcome. You can come and go until 1pm so very possible to load up with breakfast and lunch to start the day. I eat a vegan diet and was able to find enough to eat. Vegetables, hash browns, beans, salads and fruit. There was plant milk but no vegan sausages or meat alternatives. I'm an old school vegan so used to travelling and eating basics and this was fine. S'Arenal Beach area is a 30 min bus journey from Palma Town and 20 mins from the airport. This area is very popular with German travellers. We found the hotel very reasonably priced compared to other places with a high standard. There's is a pool and sunbathing areas as well as a large lobby working suites and chill areas. There are two lifts up to the higher floors. The hotel had a good vibe, was clean and smart. We didn't use the WiFi but the rooms had chromecast. We only stayed two nights but I wish I had booked a longer stay here.

“Fantastic stay!”

I took my elderly mother on a holiday and we stayed at Tent. It was a fantastic experience, we got a free room upgrade to have a sea view and in general they were very accommodating and the brunch was 10/10

Location is ok, neighborhood is ugly. For 3* hotel rooms are good, and cleanliness is ok for now, but we will see in the next days. It was my pleasure every day to visit the delicious brunch becouse of Rafael and his colegues doing their job so good. They are friendly and very kind.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. One of the main issues was that the rooms were extremely cold. Despite trying to adjust the temperature, the air conditioning system would turn on automatically, which made it quite uncomfortable during my stay. On a much more positive note, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Rafael, one of the waiters. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference and improved my overall experience at the hotel. I hope the hotel management can address the temperature issue, as it would greatly enhance the comfort of future guests.
