This was our second visit to this fantastic hotel. The reception area is clean and modern with a very efficient check in service. The rooms are spacious,clean and modern with exceptional views looking out over the Bay of Palma. The pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds. We stayed Half board and found the choice of food substantial for our needs. The location is only a 15 minute walk into Palma Nova and Magaluff, both with good beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants for everyone. The hotel also put on a free shuttle bus to Palma. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was good. We appreciated being able to choose our preferred room after making the reservation, especially since we booked early and had plenty of options. We selected the Junior Suite Nereida Vista Mar, room 731, which had an excellent location and was spacious and comfortable. The terrace was well equipped with cushioned armchairs, a table, sun loungers and a parasol. Depending on the room’s location, an additional fee is charged for the room selection. We had half board and were particularly satisfied with the breakfast offerings. Dinner had somewhat limited variety, but there was still food to suit many different tastes. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food and service at the hotel’s Bow restaurant. We ordered three courses, and the starter was brought to the table just as we had received our aperitifs. The main course arrived immediately after the starter plates were cleared. The pace felt extremely rushed, even though there were only two other occupied tables. We deliberately delayed ordering dessert so we could enjoy the bottle of wine we had ordered. Despite this, all three courses were finished in under an hour. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, most with functioning parasols. Guests can also swim in the sea, although this is outside the hotel’s responsibility. Access is a bit challenging, but if you are comfortable jumping from about one metre into the water and can climb back up the ladder, it is definitely worth trying. The route to the swimming spot is via the pool deck and then by elevator. Drinks from the bar are allowed in the pool, which is something to keep in mind when travelling with children. The pool may not always be the most child‑friendly place to swim, as some adults were occasionally a bit intoxicated and boisterous. This did not bother us, as we swam only in the sea. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere or do not want to be near the bar or the DJ’s music, there is a peaceful rooftop sun terrace with an age limit of 18. The rooftop also has a small pool. The hotel itself is located a short (about 10‑minute) walk from the Palmanova beach, restaurants and shops, so the location is good. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are fairly quiet, and walking towards Palmanova is pleasant, for example for a morning run. Directly opposite the hotel is a Spar market, where guests can buy water and drinks for the room, as the minibar has been replaced with a refrigerator. Many guests also brought drinks from Spar to the pool area, and staff did not intervene. Only drinking your own beverages in the pool itself was prohibited. Drinks at the pool bar cost €14, which likely explains the frequent visits to the store. The price is quite high, especially considering that drinks cost the same at the hotel’s Bow bar, where they are served in glasses rather than plastic cups. One aspect we were not satisfied with was the cleaning of our room and the pillows. I assume the issues were due to our cleaner not being properly trained. Our room had bathrobes, and the cleaner removed both of them during the first cleaning. We received new ones by calling reception, but the next day the cleaner took the floor towel without replacing it. This towel was essential to prevent water from spreading outside the shower area. On the fifth day (Thursday), our room was not cleaned at all. We had received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel, but the cleaner removed the glasses even though the bottle was still unopened and the hotel’s welcome card was leaning against the bottle and glasses. Overall, it felt as though the cleaner had not been given clear instructions on how rooms should be serviced. The bed itself was very comfortable and wonderfully wide, but the pillows should be replaced, and each guest should have two pillows. The only pillow provided was wide but very flat.
