We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We would especially like to thank Samuel and Margot for their outstanding service. Samuel was very professional, attentive, and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly, answered all our questions, and provided excellent recommendations. Margot was incredibly friendly, warm, and caring. Her positive attitude and genuine communication created a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel truly comfortable. Both staff members work exceptionally well as a team, are highly professional, and truly contribute to the high standard of the restaurant. It’s because of people like them that we would love to come back again. Thank you, Samuel and Margot, for the excellent service! We highly recommend this restaurant.

“Good for the Kids, But Don’t Waste Your Money on All Inclusive!!!”

We recently stayed at Fergus Mallorca Waterpark for a week. There are definitely some positives, but unfortunately there were also some major negatives that would stop us from returning. The hotel itself is lovely, and the grounds are kept very clean. The public toilets near reception were constantly being cleaned and always looked spotless. The swimming pools, splash pools, and large slides are fantastic for children and were definitely the highlight of the holiday. The beach is also only around a 5–10 minute walk away, with easy access through the slide area of the hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially many of the bar staff, although a few seemed impatient at times. The pools could do with being cleaned a little more regularly, but overall the outdoor areas were well maintained. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was disappointing. While the room was attended daily, the cleaning was very basic. Empty cups were often left behind, the balcony was never properly cleaned, and the floors didn’t appear to be thoroughly mopped throughout our stay. My biggest warning would be: do NOT pay extra for all inclusive. The food and drinks were by far the worst part of the holiday. The soft drinks were consistently flat, and the alcoholic drinks tasted extremely cheap. The cocktails included within the all-inclusive package were poor quality, watered down, and lacked any real flavour. What made this even more frustrating was that many of the cocktails, such as daiquiris and other premium options, weren’t included and had to be paid for separately. After paying extra, we expected a much better experience, but they were equally disappointing. They tasted weak and watery, and there was nothing premium about them. They didn’t look special, weren’t presented any differently, and lacked the little touches you’d expect when paying extra. In fact, they looked almost identical to the all-inclusive cocktails, making it difficult to see what you were actually paying for. The food was repetitive and largely unchanged from day to day, with only minor variations. Much of it felt like low-quality, greasy convenience food. The burgers were particularly disappointing, being very thin and mushy. After trying the buffet several times, we ended up eating lunch and dinner outside the hotel for most of the holiday. Breakfast was the only meal we found reasonably enjoyable, with pancakes, Nutella, hash browns, beans, and sausages providing enough choice to start the day. One particularly disappointing experience involved staff shouting at my young child for entering the restaurant without a T-shirt. As a parent of children with additional needs, this situation was upsetting and has left him unwilling to even walk past the restaurant now. While the waterpark facilities make this hotel great fun for children, the poor food and drink offering completely let down the all-inclusive experience. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly suggest booking room-only or another board basis and eating elsewhere. You’ll likely end up doing that anyway. Overall, it’s a good base for families wanting to enjoy the waterpark and explore the area, but the all-inclusive package represents very poor value for money. We won’t be returning.
