We had an amazing holiday from start to finish. Booking through EasyJet was seamless, and the early 6am flight meant we gained an extra day, which was a great bonus. On arrival, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is fantastic spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The snack bar was a real highlight, especially for all-inclusive guests. The only downside for us was the alcohol restriction policy. While we completely understand this as it’s a family-oriented hotel, it wasn’t something we were aware of when booking. We’re not big drinkers, but it would have been nice to have the option of a drink while relaxing in the sun. The hotel is located up a slight incline which wasn't an issue but could be for others. The beach was in walking distance approximately under 5 minutes many amazing restaurants along the front. The hotel noise level was quite no issues at all. The food overall was excellent, with a different selection available each evening. As someone who is both vegan and gluten-free, I was pleasantly surprised by the options available. Breakfast included gluten-free bread and cereal, along with soy and oat milk. That said, I would love to see an even wider range of vegan and gluten-free choices in the future. Everything was freshly prepared and very enjoyable. Overall, we were really impressed with our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

“Reasonably priced in a good location but more suitable for younger families than 8+ years”

We were a group of late 30's to early 50's women. The hotel was chosen for price and location and although it is at the top of a hill, it is ideally placed for PalmaNova and Magaluf. I actually enjoyed burning off my calories walking up and down! The food was ok, but very boring after a few days (standard for buffet style foods), especially if you have allergies like myself. The Gluten Free breakfast section was good, but due to a chocolate sauce being place by it, there was heavy cross contamination will people placing their toast by the GF food. I can fortunately tolerate a little cross contamination. None of the other food was clearly labelled, so this was a little stressful. The room furniture meant getting around the foot of the bed single file only, so not ideal for families and the walls were very thin. Thankfully we were all in rooms together and it wasn't an issue. The rooms were extremely hot as they don't turn on air conditioning until May, so beware as it only blows out heat! We had to use the blackout curtains in the day and leave the door ajar at night and risk bites. The evening entertainment had a section each night where the kids screamed about every 20 seconds for about 5 minutes, so it was extremely noisy, but we tended to go outside or leave the hotel early. There were actually 3 pools, one a paddling pool, one for kids and an adult pool, though many adults with kids sat by the adult pool (good size) and the kids jumped in and out and one nearly landed on me when I was swimming, which wasn't great, so I avoided swimming again sadly. The children also ran around the pool and 3 slipped badly, ending in tears and the lifeguards didn't even notice, so do not rely on their vigilance!!!! The reception staff were amazing, every single one of them! They were friendly and extremely helpful and this always makes for a better experience. All inclusive is a bit of a stretch as you could only get 3 small wines or 3 small glasses of san miguel in the restaurant per meal. I didn't bother with either. All in all, it was a pleasant reasonable value stay in a great location, with room for improvement! The staff and location were definitely the key points Oh and the website incorrectly shows a spa, which this hotel does NOT have! I wouldn't give it a 4, but is definitely more than 3!

Firstly I would like to say the staff at reception were always polite and friendly and the requests I made prior to the stay I am very greatful were granted. The restaurant and bar staff were great and always served with a smile. However ........... Considering the hotel is promoted as a "family" hotel unless you are a family who are happy for noise, music, screaming and shouting in corridors until midnight please do not consider this hotel! When a call was made to reception to flag shouting and door slamming and running along corridor it was advised until midnight this was not against hotel policy (and the noise from entertainment area can also be heard in the room which doesn't end until midnight (especially 1st floor where part of the party were placed, it is like you are next to the magaluf strip!!) We chose this hotel to be accessible to amenities however out of the way so we weren't kept awake at night .... having stayed in the hotel guadalupe for a number of years without a family group although it is opposite a very busy bar and located in magaluf we have never had any issues with noise! I'm sorry to say we won't be returning to this hotel and wouldn't recommend to others for a family break who want to be able to put youngsters to bed without any disturbance (we are not a boring family by any means and thoroughly enjoy our holidays however when we go to bed we do not expect to be told that within the hotel we can be kept awake until midnight prior to peak party season without any discipline or respect from other guests banging in doors and screaming and shouting in corridors)

“Hotel switched off airconditioning, outside temp 24 degrees !!!”

Lovely hotel , but no airconditioning Out side temp 24 ,degrees room stifiling HOT Reception stated switched off due to Inconsistency of guests needs, even though control system in room to regulate personal likes.
