Visited in a group of 10 females for my 40th Birthday. Hotel was great and I would defo stay here again. Very clean, staff good, food great, All inclusive does not include the alcohol and tbh we didn't miss it, we had bought some in duty free! There is beer and wine available at lunch/dinner and one my friends had a drink of the beer a couple times and said it was nice. My group definitely had there moneys worth on the food/soft drink & teas/coffees that was available. Also a selection of ice lollies are available on the AI from behind the pool bar if you ask. Snack bar was a hit with our group also. The pool area is fine(3 in total), sunbeds comfier than other hotels Ive been to. There is a designated smoking area at the pool with tables chairs/ashtrays. The room was adequate enough for two people to share and our air con was defo on as I woke up freezing one night, we visited 12th may onwards. The beds were very comfy, shower was ok pressure wise, there is a good hairdryer in the bathroom that we used so save yourself carrying one as we never used our own in the end. Rooms are cleaned daily. Actually have no faults for this hotel. We definitely got a great bargain for what we paid for on easy jet hols.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It was just my 6 year old daughter and I on this trip, let’s start with the positives, the communal areas are beautiful and are lovely and clean. The pool areas were very well maintained and great. The food was good although lacked signage saying what the food was and a lot of it was the same every meal time. The location is good, just a small walk to the beech. Now the negatives- the room we were in was on the first floor, it had holes in the curtains, damage to the walls and furniture and no working air con. It also only had two working switches. The noise was awful, with parties/noise in neighbouring rooms going on until 5am some mornings. They maybe need to put all the stag and hens I the same area and families in another. There were also a number of ‘school trips’ staying at the hotel, meaning around 80 teenagers running round, pushing you out the way to get food etc. which when you have paid a small fortune to go in a supposedly 4 star hotel made it feel like you were on a youth hostel! The kids club is not a kids club, it is a 10-20 minute activity round the pool a couple of times per day. Mini disco was good but the entertainment after was poor, there was a 30 minute gap. Then a quiz or performance for 40-50 minutes max. I met a few people who said they go to the hotel often but it has gone down hill since it has been taken over. I feel like actually this could be a lovely hotel, but it needs to decide, is it a 4 star hotel for families and couples, a hotel for stag and hen do’s or a youth hostel.
