Overall cleanliness of hotel 10/10 - room also spotless every day SO impressed. Facilities amazing! Kids loved to pools despite colder this time of year. Initially weary about pool opening times (11-5) but ended up a blessing as you can enjoy your morning without worrying you won’t get a lounger. Wish we went to the beach more as we went the last day and it was beautiful. Shops opposite hotel have what u need for baby and kids. Ignore any bad reviews. You exchange your cup for new one which means less mess - cups are good quality recycled plastic! Late for breakfast one morning and not a word said to us - staff really allow you to make the most of your holiday! Have even booked for next year (something I’ve never done before despite staying in some lovely places). SO IMPRESSED!!

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a large screen that made relaxing in the evenings even better. The cleaning service was very good, the staff respected my daily rhythm, even cleaning later in the day when needed and quickly replacing empty items. The hotel area itself is huge, with several pools, making it perfect for families with children as well as adults looking to unwind. The overall service was excellent. For example, the maintenance team responded very quickly when I had issues, the hairdryer broke and the balcony door wouldn’t close properly anymore and both were fixed immediately. They even provided me with a kettle and a power strip upon request, which I really appreciated. Another convenient service is that you can get a large beach towel with a deposit, so there’s no need to bring your own. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the entertainment program. Every night featured high-quality shows, which were always enjoyable. Even more impressive was the daily activity schedule: morning workouts, pool activities at midday and games in the afternoon. There was always something fun to join. The entertainment team truly made my stay special. Christian and Nacho guided the activities in a very professional and engaging way. Ana had just started, but she quickly took the lead and improved a lot during my stay. Claudia, Ali, Crismary and Mercedes were still apprentices, but they all did a fantastic job as well. José had just begun his apprenticeship during my last days. All of them are genuinely kind and lovely people. They interact with guests in such a warm and motivating way, encouraging everyone to participate and making activities enjoyable for all, especially the children, whom they treated with great care and attention. I spent most of my time in and around the hotel, so I often crossed paths with members of the entertainment team. Every time they saw me, even from a distance, they waved or greeted me warmly. They were always open for a chat and even happy to help with my photo requests. The way they treated me felt very personal, they made me feel like a friend rather than just a guest. There were many moments of laughter and truly great memories created during my stay. The mentioned persons were those I had the most contact with, but the entertainment team consisted of around 15 people in total. I was pleasantly surprised when others greeted me by my name, even though we hadn’t spoken before. Every single one of them was friendly and did a great job. I also recognized Diego and Pedro from my stay last year at the Guadalupe Hotel, which was a nice surprise. They still remembered me, which made me feel very welcome. Even though they were less involved in the activities I joined, they always greeted me warmly and took time for a friendly chat. I booked accommodation with breakfast and this was another strong point. The breakfast offered a huge variety and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes, which were prepared individually according to each guest’s wishes. The staff was friendly, attentive and very efficient, they quickly cleared away used plates and kept everything clean and organized. There were just a few minor downsides from my personal perspective. The food was sometimes cooked with a bit too much oil for my taste. Also, the beverages at breakfast could be improved. The juice machine produced drinks that were more like soft drinks, the hot chocolate wasn’t very tasty and some other beverages seemed a bit diluted with water. However, the cold milk was good and drinking water was always available, so it wasn’t a major issue, just something that could be improved, as a good juice in the morning would be nice. Another point worth mentioning is the noise. My room was on the first floor facing the pool area and there was music playing from the morning until around 11 pm. It did improve during my stay, with music starting later and being more pleasant. However, during some kids’ activities, the loud techno-style music was quite noticeable. I could also occasionally hear noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms, although I was fortunate not to have neighbors most of the time. Since it’s a very large hotel, I assume there are quieter rooms available. Importantly, I never had trouble sleeping, as it was always quiet during the night. I’ve spoken so much about the entertainment team because they truly made a difference. They turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Their energy, kindness and dedication are a huge asset to the hotel and should be highly valued by management. They are, without a doubt, one of the best forms of advertisement the hotel could have. Thanks to them, I joined almost all activities every day and had a wonderful time that I will remember for a long time. As a frequent guest of this hotel group, I felt especially valued during this stay. I truly appreciated the special welcome gift, which was a very nice touch. At check-in, the guest relations manager, Borja, personally came to greet me; something I valued highly. He also fully took care of my room requests and arranged an upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

“Clean, friendly stay worth it's money”

My partner and I Stayed here for 6 nights all inclusive and upgraded on the drinks package. Staff took a few days to realise our bands weren't just all inclusive when asking for branded drinks. My partner and I Stayed here for 6 nights all inclusive and upgraded on the drinks package. Staff took a few days to realise our bands weren't just all inclusive when asking for branded drinks. Food was ok, dinner better than lunch and breakfast was repetitive but you won't starve. Tokens for your cups are free, staff are friendly, cleaners are excellent, pool area lovely though only open 11am-5pm. Plenty sunbeds and none were reserved. Most people just went out after late breakfast and stayed in the sun and the enclosure round the pool removed at 11am. 3 kids pools on one side of hotel, 2 smaller shallow pools and one large round the other. There's no smoking unless on the balcony/veranda near the bar no food either so pool area stayed very clean. A great stay
