Tourist stay number: VTV-0029-EIF Viviendas Turísticas Lesley - VTV Es Pi are located in the urbanization of Ca Marí, a quiet tourist area of the island, at a distance of 1000 metres from the Migjorn beach: in a nice 12 minutes walk you can reach the beach of Ca Marí. The access to the apartments by road is easy following the detours to Ca Marí. In Ca Marí you will find a large number of tourist services: quality bars and restaurants to enjoy with friends and family, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire and water sports rentals. The nearest village is Sant Ferran de Ses Roques, located 2 km from the apartments (3 minutes by car or motorbike). From the port and once past Sant Francesc, Sant Ferran is the obligatory stop-off point to go to La Mola or Es Pujols. It is a village that offers a wide variety of services: shops of all kinds, fashion shops, souvenir shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Sant Ferran has a wide range of nightlife, and still preserves places with an authentic hippie atmosphere that have not changed over time. In the village square, live music performances are organised every Friday, which liven up the summer evenings in a quiet and festive atmosphere for the enjoyment of residents and travellers alike. - Lesley apartments: The apartment welcomes the guest by entering into a living-dining room with a central table and a comfortable sofa bed. In the same room there is a functional open-plan kitchen very well equipped with the necessary utensils for a holiday stay: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and kitchen utensils. It has a bathroom with shower. The double room has two single beds. It has been carefully decorated, creating a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 3 people. It is equipped with television, air conditioning, fan, safe and WIFI internet. It has an outdoor porch terrace equipped with sun loungers, overlooking a beautiful natural environment that will offer you a shady atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. - Lesley studios: The studio consists of a single room with all the space open, skillfully organized to create distinct areas. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and central table. The sleeping area has a double bed or two single beds, depending on availability, with a very neat decoration, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Each studio can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 people. In the same room there is a functional kitchenette very well equipped with the necessary utensils for a holiday stay: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and kitchen utensils. It has a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with television, air conditioning, fan, safe and WIFI internet. It has an outdoor porch terrace equipped with sun loungers, overlooking a beautiful natural environment that will offer you a shady atmosphere of peace and tranquility. - Delivery of keys: it is made in the office Formentera Break located in Paseo De La Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07870 Formentera. - Office hours: from 10:00 to 20:30 h. - Check in: as a general rule, check in is from 13:30 h on the day of arrival. Check in will not be made after 00:15 h. Arrivals outside office hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 00:15 a.m.) are by appointment only and subject to an additional charge of 40 EUR. - Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20 EUR. - Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition. - Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying. - Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR in cash per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tax. - Quiet time in the accommodation is from 22:00 h until 10:00 h. - Parties inside the accommodation are not allowed. They are strictly forbidden. - Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence with the neighborhood will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit. - The accommodation is delivered with a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of people in the reservation.
