Viviendas Turísticas Playamar are located 100 meters from the urbanization of Ca Marí, a quiet tourist area of the island, at a distance of 300 meters from Playa de Migjorn: just four minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Ca Marí. The access to the apartments by road is easy following the detours to Ca Marí. In Ca Marí we find a large number of tourist services: quality bars and restaurants to enjoy in the company of friends and family, souvenir stores, supermarkets, car rental and rentals for water sports. The nearest town is Sant Ferran de Ses Roques, located 2 km from the apartments (3 minutes by car or motorcycle). From the port and once past Sant Francesc, Sant Ferran is the obligatory village to go to La Mola or Es Pujols. It is a village that offers a wide variety of services: stores of all kinds, fashion stores, souvenir stores, banks, bars and restaurants. Sant Ferran has a wide range of nightlife, and preserves locals with an authentic hippie atmosphere that has not changed over time. In the town square live music performances are organized every Friday, which enliven the summer nights in a quiet and festive atmosphere for the enjoyment of residents and travelers.
