As soon as you enter the apartments you will find a large and spacious living room distributed in two areas: a living-dining area with a central table and two comfortable sofa beds. On the other hand, a kitchen integrated in the living room, very functional and equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay: refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and kitchen utensils. The apartments consist of a spacious double room furnished with 2 single beds, a large closet and a desk-desk. They have a bathroom with shower. All apartments have a separate terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the countryside, ideal for outdoor meals. All apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet. Viviendas Ferrer is a perfect accommodation option for the tourist who wants to be away from the tourist center but at the same time a few meters from urban centers such as Sant Francesc. It is ideal for those who want to be in contact with nature, surrounded by fields, in a quiet, calm atmosphere, and enjoy the silence of the night and the peace that Formentera offers. It is a very quiet area, where you can rest on summer nights without any noise. The access to the apartments by road is easy, following the road signs and the detours: follow the signs to Es Mal Pas, with indications to Viviendas Ferrer. The last stretch to reach the apartments is along the Es Mal Pas road for 2 km: it is a narrow road surrounded by fields and vegetation that leads immediately to a rural paradise in Formentera. The nearest village is Sant Francesc, situated at a distance of 2.5 km (6 minutes by car or motorbike). Sant Francesc is the main town of Formentera, considered the capital of the island, home to the Town Hall and the main services of the island. The Town Hall is located in the Sant Francesc square, and opposite it is the town church. On a pleasant stroll you will enjoy this village of white houses that offers numerous shops and fashionable boutiques, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. The most important festivities are held in the Sant Francesc square, such as the Sant Jaume festivities during the week of 25th July to honour the patron saint of Formentera. Concerts, popular festivities, dances and open-air music liven up the summer nights in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. In the main street there is a concentration of hippy stalls forming a market with a variety of handicrafts, an ideal place to buy a souvenir of the island of Formentera. - Delivery of keys: it is made in the office Formentera Break located in Paseo De La Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07870 Formentera. - Office hours: from 10:00 to 20:30 h. - Check in: as a general rule, check in is from 13:30 h on the day of arrival. Check in will not be made after 00:15 h. Arrivals outside office hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 00:15 a.m.) are by appointment only and subject to an additional charge of 40 EUR. - Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20 EUR. - Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition. - Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying. - Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR in cash per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tax. - Quiet time in the accommodation is from 22:00 h until 10:00 h. - Parties inside the accommodation are not allowed. They are strictly forbidden. - Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence with the neighborhood will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit. - The accommodation is delivered with a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of people in the reservation.
