We have stayed at this hotel several times now, and every visit confirms why we keep coming back. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Palma, offering a fantastic combination of comfort, service, and value. The rooms are modern, clean, and feature cozy beds. The air conditioning works quietly, the shower has excellent water pressure, and the bathroom provides enough space for personal amenities. Housekeeping is very quick and reliable. The WiFi is fast and dependable. One of the highlights is the really warm hospitality. We were welcomed once again with a glass of cava, a lovely gesture that immediately makes you feel at home. Every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast is served as an à la carte menu rather than a buffet, which not only offers freshly prepared dishes but also helps reduce food waste. The rooftop terrace with its pool is another great feature and the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. There are only a couple of minor points for improvement. Standard rooms would benefit from having a coffee machine, and amenities such as conditioner and body lotion would be a welcome addition. Despite these small details, this hotel continues to offer the best price-to-value ratio in Palma. We highly recommend it and will certainly return again.

A beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of the centre. We had a very warm welcome at check-in with a glass of fizz from the friendly and helpful Natalie. Rooms are very clean and modern with daily servicing. Breakfast is freshly cooked with a good range of generous choices on the menu. We used the rooftop for pre-dinner drinks, a great little sunspot with loungers, tables and a small plunge pool. Perfect hotel for a short city break but made extra nice by the warmth of the team working there.

Yet another wonderful easter break at the Nou Baleares. Always a warm welcome from all the staff and the food and drinks are consistently top notch. Majorcan bread and pastries are freshly baked every morning. Great to find a place that cooks locally sourced produce and ensures that everything is freshly picked and it is always busy with both the locals and tourists. Just home from staying at this hotel. We stayed our first night in a standard outside room with breakfast. Check-in was fast and efficient from the helpful Anastasia. It was so easy to get the airport bus to the stop outside El Corte del Ingles and then walk back for about 7 minutes to the Nou Baleares. The hotel is located in a more residential area. We had arrived in the evening so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. Lovely atmospheric restaurant, nice decor, lovely staff. We had the fixed meal menu of €18.90 for 3 courses plus drink. It was lovely and tasty. There was no air conditioning in our room as it was still on winter time. However Anastasia sorted that out quickly and switched our room from winter to summer mode and we had lovely air con for the evening. The Standard rooms are a tad on the small size, but adequate. Two different pillows on the comfortable bed, even if the pillows were a bit too soft. Great non slip shower. No tea or coffee facilities in our room. Breakfast the next morning was great with a good choice served to your table by pleasant staff. Free refills of drinking water in the restaurant for guests. Flat and sparkling. We returned to the hotel after a short stay in Porto Cristo for two nights. This time staying in a superior room. It was worth the extra cost. A huge room and huge bathroom with a Nespresso machine. The only negative was that the large bathroom had no form of heating in it and it was quite cold on one of the days. The extra walk back to the hotel after been out and about added to our tiredness. You cannot just drop back to the hotel as this requires a bit of planning to your day. The same food menu for both evening meal and breakfast could be expanded a bit with some more offerings. We got a taxi back to the airport rather than the airport bus as it was raining....this cost €21.75 on a Sunday. We would definitely stay in this hotel again when passing through Palma as we really enjoyed it's quirkiness and stay in a superior room again.
